BYE BYE KASHISH

As the serial hurtled to a dramatic finish, Thursday's episode showed the kidnapping of Mahek's son Rishi and Kashish's marriage to Sujal. The resolution on Friday was expected to be the release of her nephew and the arrest of Swayam.

The classic Indian nari in the serial, Kashish was like a mother to her four sisters and a mature companion to her father. Aamna told us she would try and catch the farewell episode: "I will
try to go home early to watch it. I do have so many of memories of Kahoin To Hoga..."

Some viewers said they wished the serial had been resolved differently. Manisha Sakpal, an engineering student said: "I wanted to see Kashish and Piyush married. I used to like Rajeev and Aamna's pair and I'm going to miss Piyush and Kashish after tonight."

Aamna starts shooting her next serial at the end of this month. According to our khabri Aamna will be doing a show for Sony, joining her good friend Rajeev who left the show two years ago. They were seen together in this week's Valentine's episode of the Star News show "Saas Bahu Aur Saazish".

5: Love Triangle and First Marriage
Kashish falls in love with her boss Sujal Grewal (Rajeev Khandelwal) but marries her second boss Piyush Raheja (Rohit Bakshi) who was also in love with her.

4: Tragedy and Second Marriage
Her second emotional twist comes with the death of husband Piyush, and the fear that Sujal was the murderer, as he loved her madly. So she marries Sujal to take revenge but realizes later that someone else was responsible

3: Sujal's Surgery and Identity Crisis
More tragedy came to Kashish's life was when Swayam (Vikas Sethi) Sujal's step-brother attacks him. He loses his identity and his memory, and undegoes plastic surgery on his face.

2: Who's Who? and Third Marriage
Even hardened serial viewers were staggered when Kashish came to know that Tushar, husband of her younger sister is actually Sujal. And that her sister (Charu) was killed by her other sister (Mauli)'s husband. Kashish then marries aged businessman Shabbir Ahluwalia (Tinu Anand) to catch the REAL real killer.

1: Piyush Returns! and Fourth Marriage
Kashish's final twist came on Thursday when Abhishek Chauhan (who looks like Piyush) comes into her life and, yes, proposes marriage. But Kashish marries Sujal instead.
