vasu in 'The Relic Hunter'

today i saw vasu appear in "the relic hunter" . though i did not watch the entire episode , this is the one when claudia has visions of her being cleopatra , i think . so is vasu from canada ???, coz i remember seeing her for the first time in pardes which was shot in vancouver .
