Archita is trying to call tushar but can't get thru, so she's all tensed and upset.
Charu is very happy with the wedding broken off and tels Kanan that she knew Tushar can never become Kashish's since she never loves him. She says she's sure Tushar will come to her one day for sure. Kanan tries to make her understand that he doesn't love her. (ULLO ITS ALL COZ OF KANAN AND MOULI THAT CHARU THINKS OF TUSHAR LIKE THIS!) Charu says SO WHAT, I LOVE HIM! Kanan is irritated and goes away. Charu is lost in her happy thoughts.
Kashish is walking alone in the one and only galli. (EKTA IDIOT USED SUJAL's VOICE!) Kashish is thnking SUjal tum kahan ho. Suddenly original sujal's voice from the background comes KASHISH!!! Kashish shouts SUJAL! but th person is in the dark, he walks fwd and its none other than Tushar. Kashish is shocked and turns her back. Tushar says she doesn't need to hide her face. He tells her that he knows that she didn't expect him coz she is only waiting for her sujal. HE adds, that he has no complaints for her or Sujal but blames God. He hates him for taking his identity away from him. (SO KASHISH KNOWS ABOUT IT, yet SHE WAS GONNA MARRY HIM? AGAR YE SUJAL NAHIN KOI AUR HOTA AUR BAAD ME AGAR KUCH AISA PATA CHALTA THAT HE IS MARRIED AND HAS KIDS TO KYA HOTA???) He says if Kashish was not meant to be in his life, why did god show such dreams, and made kashish his identity. And why does god now wanna steal his identity that is kashish from him? He runs to her, grabs her and tells her, "main kya kru? main tumhare bina jee nahin sakta. Sujal agar zinda hai to tumhari pyaar ki badaulat, lekin agar koi mujhse meri zindagi cheenega to woh tumhara pyaar (SUJAL) hoga" Kashish just stares at him with teary eyes. "main tumse bahut pyaar karta hoon kashish aur tumhare liye kuch bhi kar sakta hoon" he says. Akshish asks "kuch bhi? agar kuch mangoongi to laakar doge?" he says"maang kar to dekho!" she says "VADA?" he replies "VADA!". She says "Mujhe mera sujal chahiye" Dhadom on Tushaar. he feels helpless and alone. she grabs him by his collar and keeps on saying "Mujhe mera sujal laado. La sakoge?" and cries. Tushar dejected, walks away.
At home the zoo is very happy that Sujal is alive (ULLOS STILL HAVEN'T REMOVED THE HAAR from the pic) veena says she's sure something is stopping him from coming back and she's sure that if swyam knows that sujal is alive, he should know about the whereabouts too. CG says that they need to do something about it. Veena tells them (CG & L) that they soudl be careful that there should be no probs btwn rishi-swyam or else swyam won't even let them find or meet sujal.
(I'LL SKIM THIS PART SINCE I FIND SWYAM VERYY IRRITATING NOW) Tushar goes to Swyam. Swyam taunts him. Tushar asks whay he did this. Swyam says whatever he did and said was true. Sujal is alive. Tushar raises his finger and said u are lying, u got him killed. Sujal is dead. Swyam says he's saying this coz he knows that if sujal is alive tushar will loose kashish and that's what tushar is scared off. Swyam says all that matters to him is that Kashish believes that Sujal is alive and he adds that even tushar believes that Sujal is alive or else he wouldn;t be missing from his own shadi ka mandap. Later he adds that he knows Tushar-Kashish love each other a lot, but garewals won't allow hem to be one since garewals have used kashish for their own onvinence. First tried to get her married to swyam to ssave their business. Sujal asks y are u telling me this, Swyam sayscoz u can never get kashish without ruining garewals. He asks tushar to join hands with him. Tushar just keeps glaring at his hand. he says "YE HAATH HATAO SWYAM VARNA BAHUT DER HO JAAYEGI. JIS PARIVAR KE KHILAF MAIN KOI NIGAH UTHTI BARDASHT NAHIN KAR SAKTA, UNPAR MAIN HAATH UTHAUNGA YE TUM SOCH BHI KAISE SAKTE HO? JIS GHAR MEIN MUJHE SUJAL KA DARJA DIYA, WOH BETA UNKE KHILAF JAAYEGA, YE TUM UMEED BHI KAISE LAGA SAKTE HO? HAAATHH HATAOOO SWYAMMM (Well that's excatly how he said) AUR SAATH MEIN APNE IN GAND IRADO KO BHI, VARNA INHE KATNA MUJHE AATA HAI!" Syam makes a face like O YEA?. Tushar aads "AUR RAHI BAT KASHISH KI, TO AGAR MERA PYAAR SACHA HAI, TO WOH MERE PAAS ZARUR AAYEGI, AUR ISKE LIYE MUJHE TUMHARI KISI HELP KI KOI ZARUR NAHIN." Tushar goes away. Swyam talks to himself that no matter what, whatever Swyam decies only that'll happen.
Archita is waiting for tushar. he comes. He inquires about him, shows concern geting all hyper. Tushar upset, sits down. Archita tell him that everything will be fine & that he knows that he loves kashish and she'll be back with him. Also that she's with him as a friend. Tushar cuts him short and asks her to leave him alone.

kashish is with Akshat, she tells him that they know how rishi can do anything to get to sujal and then something happens it'll be impossible to find out sujal. She asks for help. akshat agrees, and says he' always with her as Sujal is very close friend of his, just like kashish. Kashish asks whether swyam will agree to give the address? Akshat gets mad and Says HE WILL HAVE TO, LET's GO KASHISH (KYA FOOL HAI HUM KYA FOOL HAI HUM...THEY ARE TALKKING AS IF THEY ARE GONNA ASK SWYAM, "SWYAM BETA FRIDGE MEIN SE CHOCOLATE TUMNE CHURAII???" and swyam is gonna be like "YES KASHISH AUNTY MAINE CHURAI")
Akshat-kashish come to meet swyam. swyam is dressed as if hes come from Hawaii with glasses. Swyam taunts Akshat reg kashish. aksaht says he's come as kashish's friend. swyam says OBVIOUSLY, HE ALWYAS TALKS AS WITH DIFFERENT HESIATS EVERY TIME. FIRST LIKE TUSHAR'S FRIEND AND THEN LIKE GAREWALS SON (dhadoom on aksat) AND THEN LIKE A LAWYER. HE NEVER TALKS LIKE A BROTHER. SAY FAST WAHT U WANT?" Kashish asks "SUJAL KAHAN HAI SWYAM" swyam answers, "SUJAL TUMHARI AANKHON MEIN HAI, TUMHARE DIL MEIN HAI, TUMHARI DHADKAN MEIN HAI, YEHI KAHA KARTI THI NA TUM?" KASHISH LOOKS SHARPLY @ . Kashish says, "SAAF SAAF KAHO SWYAM." Swyam calmly says, "BATATA HOON KAHISH, SUJAL YEHI HAI, ISI AASMAN KE NEECHE, ISI ZAMEEN PAR!" Swyam asks akshat to take HIS FRIEND away, coz he is never gonna tell her where sujal is. (OBVIOUSLY!!!!!! DUH!) He later tells kashish that u broke off the wedding with me, so this is ur punishment. now u will repent for sujal all ur life, but i will never tel u. Madam replies back "MERI ZINDAGI KI SABSE BADI SAZA WOH HOTI, AGAR MEIN TUMHARE SAATH SHAADI KARTI. AUR RAHA SAWAL SUJAL KA, TO JO KASHISH SUJAL KE PARIWAAR KE KHATIR TUM JAISE INSAAN KE SAATH SHADI KAR SAKTI HAI TO SOCHO WOH KASHISH SUJAL KO DHOONDHNE KE LIYE KYA NAHINN KAR SAKTI" The music in the bg is the same tandav which was playing 1yr back for Sujal. Swyam says the ppl who come to others house to ask for something, unke tevar aise nahin hote. and our madam replies, ke jo log apna haq maangte hai na swyam woh na to saamne wale ki parwah karte hai aur na hi unki chaukat ki. Aaj main yahan se apna haq, apna pyaar, apni zindagi le kar jaaongi. main sujal ka pata jane bager yahan se nahin jaoongi. swyam asks, that does she inted to stayb here for her whole life? then he'll never tell her. Kashish says he'll have to after they show him somehting. She gives him a file. it is a notice that he has killed sujal. Swyam says that now they are deciding to put an attempt to murder ka case?
PREVIEW: Veena is worried for kashish as she's gone to find sujal. CG says don't worry, now no fear can stop kasish from finding sujal.
