hehe lolzzz im glad u lyke it😛.. its wasnt hard to use the whole high school setting.. since im in high skewl 😛 lolz... just a bit of me in there.... and thank u so much for ur suggestion.. im thinking of postponing the name findin;' for a while.. but im most likely to use ur way of revealation... i'll wait until the last game of the season😛

Note: Hey guys! Thank u so much for appreciating my efforts. I just wanted to let you guys know that ur appreciation means a lot. Im sorry for not having continued for a while now. Newayz I wanted to let you guys know that... this part won't be based on the Preview i gave earlier, just because that i had to get the story rolling. I need a time gap before I get Adi and Metz to noe each other. Moreover, a head's up... this part has nothing exciting but a simple build up of Maithli's feelings. Sorry, if it is a wee bit boring... but it'll get more interesting... I promise 😛😊.. So here it is

Part 4

"Wohhh!" was all Maithli could say. Jatin was staring at her!!! At HER!!! Normally, if a guy stared at her, she could care less, but this time it mattered, it really mattered and once again she didn't know why. Oh well! For now that was least of her worries, she was late for her class and now she would have to take on the dreaded Ms. Lauren or "Sherni" as she fondly refered to her, but to her amazement, Sherni was away for a Badminton tournament so that put her of the hook. Met entered her class and gave the supply teacher a lame excuse, which supply teacher bought it hands down. She, then quietly took her seat and tied her soaking hair in a bun. She was told to answer some questions from the text book; however she just couldn't put her mind on it. It was all so absurd. Why was she thinking about Jatin so much. It wasn't as thought she hadn't seen a good looking guy before, yet there was something about Jatin that hypnotized her.

Her next two classes passed quickly as well and it was time lunch time again. Metz excitedly packed up her belongings and made her way to Tanu's class. She wasn't excited because she was meeting Tanu. For the first time she was expecting to see someone else. She pushed her way through hoards of students and reached the north hallway where Tanu's class was. Her eyes desperately searched for that certain someone but to her dismay he was nowhere to be seen. Much saddened by this realization Metz dragged herself to Tanu's class. Her whole lunch hour was spent in the cafeteria lost in thoughts of Jatin. Metz wasn't quite sure about what exactly she was thinking about but, whatever it was it had to do with Jatin.

"Metz," Tanu whispered as she poked her in the rib with her elbow snapping her out of her thoughts.

Metz: Tannnnuuuu, what's wrong with u?

Tanu {replied in a very excited tone} – Beta, zara udhar to dekho (pointing at the door)

Metz's face light up like a 1000 watt bulb as she looked up. Her happiness matched the baby who had just found his milk bottle.

Metz {trying to sound as is she didn't; care}: Haan to? Yeh yahan kya kar raha hai.

Tanu: Kya patta? Shayad apni gf se milne aaya ho {pointing at Samiara}?

Metz {in a dreaded tone}: Girlfriend? Iski koi hai?

Tanu: I don't know kal us Samiara ko uske saath nahin dekha tha?

Metz: Uh! Yeah….

Tanu: Yaar tujhe kya problem hai! Jis se marzi milne aaya ho.

"Shit," Metz thought, "Was it that apparent." Why did it matter to her whether he had a girlfriend or not? She had just realized that her life had become a big question mark. Everything revolved around a certain, "Why" and every time the why had to do something with Jatin.

After a long pause, Metz replied.

Metz: Meine Kab kaha ki it matters?

Tanu: Haan why would it matter beta? Uski ek ho ya harzaar, right Metz?

Tanu was clearly mocking Metz. She had sensed Metz's discomfort a long time ago. She could tell there was something going in Metz's mind and that she cared, though it was far too early to jump to any conclusions.

This time around Metz simply brushed off Tanu's comment and chose not to answer. Soon after, Jatin disappeared. The school bell followed right after him declaring the lunch was over. The rest of the day passed just like it had before, in boredom and part anticipation…
