Gayatri is her and Om's biological daughter

Krishna was Kamal & Pallavi's son but Paro thought of him as her son and he respected Paro like a mother

Mayuri is another adopted daughter

Ashu is Suyesh Mehra's son but Paro helped show him the right path and was a mother figure to him when she was with Suyesh and for that reason Ashu only thinks of Paro as his real mother and not Rajeshwari

Nikhil is also Suyesh & Rajeshwari's son but again he thought of paro as his mom.

That's all i can remember - but deffo biologically Gayatri was Paro's blood daughter
