Can We All Take a Chill Pill for God's Sake?!

Why is there so much negativity in the forum? like, before a track even unfolds, we jump to conclusions... and we are getting bothered by MINOR issues i.e why sona called the press without knowing the outcome of the surgery. The guy Yashwant - right after watching the precap (didn't even wait for the actual episode to air) we started bashing the CVs. Ajit's character is butchered etc etc.

and before anyone points a finger at me, let me clarify, i'm all for constructive and healthy criticism. but there's a thin line between criticizing and bashing. and i feel like we are crossing that line. I'm not saying don't point out stuff that you don't like. but at least wait for some episode to see what the CVs actually have stored for us about the track/character. and THEN vent all you want. that way we will be able to prevent the negativity in the forum.

We keep pointing fingers at sona's character. Yes, even i was irritated with her when he brought rani into the house. But blaming her character for everything? She's doing all she can as an ideal Daughter in law and an ideal wifey to save her new family. She has decided to leave her work just so there is some peace in the family. She has withdrawn 1 crore rupees just so pooja's truth doesn't come out. she makes sure her work never comes between her family life and she sees over the breakfast and dinner herself. Rohit - that man thinks his wife is an angel. he legit worships her. There's a reason why pooja loves her bhabi unconditionally. she EARNED that love and respect. Ajit also adores hi bhabi. Veena, YK, Vimmi, and might i add NISHI as well - everyone knows this woman's value. Now, if sona did call the press, why are we all so hell bent in bashing this poor woman? just because she blindly trusts her husband and his ability ? i agree, realistically it's not something anyone would appreciate but i mean there are so many better and more valuable aspects Sonakshi's character has. why do we have to pick on that one small thing and make it such a big issue?

Now, Ajit - okay yes, I agree, it was unexpected and that his character was a sweet one and we never expected him to do gambling (I just watched today's episode on hotstar) . Fine. But didn;t we used to complain why Ajit's character is sidetracked? They have to come up with something right? let's not forget there are 19 characters If i'm not wrong (including vimmi and muniya and, netra ) and it's relatively hard to give each and every character equal attention. I mean let's face it: if they didn't show rohan's extra marital affair with pari, Rohan, pari and Tanya's characters will be completely sidetracked. So to keeep the audiences glued to their seats (both young and old ones), the show DEMANDS such drama/tracks. secondly, Ajit is a young boy. We don't know who he hangs out with, how his friend circle is. and it is only normal for a guy of his age to get into such stuff. and on the brighter note, Ajit was regretting his actions and was truly apologetic. If his character was indeed butchered, this guy would have reacted to that hard slap he recieved from Sona. So I truly feel that CVs are doing a good job with maintaining everyone's character.

A MUCH MUCH MUCH needed post. Thank you Mushfika!! I have also noticed how negative the forum has become. and honestly speaking, it's an india soap. We can't expect it to go so smooth. it requires the kind of drama they're showing. like the yashwant guy with the hilarious meowing sound in the background. LOL. i know they could have shown a normal looking guy with a normal BG music but then it wouldn't add to the drama and effect of the show.

what you said about ajit's character - i completely agree. boys at his age do get carried away. it's very normal. i haven't watched the episode yet but if he repented and was regretful, then i don't think his character is ruined. kids do stuff that they aren't supposed to do and a mother's responsibility is to show them the right path. As long as the kid is able to come back on track by sincerely obeying his mother, the mother forgives her son. Same thing with ajit. it will be a blow when the fmaily gets to know about him but eventually they would forgive him. no big deal.

Much needed post in current situation. It is Indian television show. They have to follow basic rules to sustain in TRP system. So drama is needed. We can't expect everything in this show will be new and logical.People have to take one episode at a time. It's good for all of us.

Agree with all of you on your povs. But when a show claimed to be a different one from the current ITV ones and actually succeeded in proving that in the past 75 plus episodes it's very difficult not to crib about the current state of the show..

See this is what happens when a show changes it's course in the middle.. It's neither different not the run of the mill show..

Anyways don't want to rant more in the positive post just wanted to indicate why so much frustration.

I don't blame Sona, after all it's a show where leads will keep making the mistakes, if they don't then the show is finished. But why not show Rohit's inputs either positive or negative. You are taking about 19 side characters being shown ??

it's a joke in the past two weeks we hardly see ronakshi and this week only Sona.. pls makers show anything you want but make sure both leads get fair amount of screen space. It's a basic for any show. Now a days loosing connect with the magic couple ronakshi..

Another track with so much potential for intense drama completely wasted with too much sensationalism. The show has started with enough tracks with good story.. It succeeded in build for the tracks but failed in closure...

Agreed.. one really cant differentiate between bashing and criticism as everyone watching will have their opinions on the show..some epis r good some bad ..its all bec of the trp race that the content suffers..what thy were showing isnt getting great trps ( I believe thy r fine but stagnant ..which is ok for me but may be the channel wants more for 9 pm slot ) , so they opt for the routine way and show drama in the most illogical way butchering the characters ...what happens is, in a show where a permanent vamp or a villain isnt defined , they derive ways to create problems in the lives of the leads ...we wanna see more of the leads, the interactions between them and their journey with ups and downs but what we get is the fl trying to sort out the world problems but unable to solve any of her problems ..leads not keeping faith in each other, not believing , fl getting Into trouble n ml and his family blaming her for that ..

I am glad khkt and rishta s r like that..they dont have a defined vamp or a villain..fans have problem anyways , be it bec of a third wheel or leads shown abs dumb or khkt illogical drama woven around sona alone .

I take a break during the lean period n come bk when it gets interesting again..

This forum is getting terrible day by day. We had even lost the position of 3rd position on Chaska Meter. People watch anything and directly jump into the conclusion. God knows why there's so much less patience in our generation. Negativity negativity everywhere bloody negativity. Its a kind request to the people here kindly watch the episode first and then go for march !!! Utterly Ridiculous ! 😒

If ajit was truly apologetic he would himself reveal before Rohit ..that he did blackmailed for money .he would have told to sona.thats called apology..not crying and lip service Lok

@bold: WORD! if a child go astray, parents don't simply disown him. They show them the right path and try to bring them back. And i think that slap and lecture Sona gave to him was a "lesson" to make him understand his mistake just like a parent would do. and most importantly Ajit realized his mistake. I don't know why people are overreacting and saying his character is being butchered.
