I don't want to put anyone of the spot but I have to say this. Sonakshi, in my opinion is a solo player, not a team player. She often forgets that she and her husband are a team. It is all about her- "i" felt this is right. "I" feel this is what should be done, "I" told the truth, " I" couldn't see Pooja suffering, "I" felt bad for the birth mother, so on and so forth....... What she forgets is that Nishi and YK are Pooja's parents for 21 years. Are they blind to her pain, or desperation or her " dead wali" feelings? Nahin naa...... Despite all of this, her cry for attention with suicide attempt they think it is best that Pooja doesn't meet her birth mother. Koi toh wajah hoga? It can't be all selfish reasons not to lose their child? Problem is she doesn't let her mind wander or look at other peoples' perspective.
The least she could have done is given some credence to Rohit. He is a surgeon for God's sake. He is used to dealing with emotions, big and small, probably has enough judgement on when and what to divulge to people in dire circumstances. I am not saying his judgement would be pristine when it comes to the matters of his loved ones, but ek baar usse trust toh kar sakti haina? 😒
As far as bahu needs to be treated as a beti, that doesn't happen overnight, unfortunately. The bahu has to work doubly hard to gain some trust and confidence with her new family, that is if she cares to get that position in that family. People like me who are happy with the darja of a bahu👍🏼, we are fine being totally ourselves. In what way did she build any confidence with that family? They just witnessed a totally ludicrous decision of hers during her own wedding. This obviously doesn't give them the warm fuzzies in anyway. Unfortunately, this negates a lot of the good things she may have done in the past.
As far as Rohit not sharing secrets, even if you are in a marriage, doesn't he have the right for personal space? If the matter pertained to both of them, I can see that to be somewhat appropriate. If he chose to blackout some events between him and Raima, even that is understandable to me. Because as far as I am concerned, Sona has no business in the details of his past life, other than what he is willing to divulge. How can we demand complete disclosure from anybody and how can we be assured that we get it? If he felt that some things are left best unsaid, so be it. If he is a crook hiding things, that is a different matter altogether. Case in question, he withheld info about Pari being the culprit, for Sona's emotional well being. That was the extreme right thing to do on his part. Yahaan par toh, this is not even his truth to divulge to her, it pertains to extremely deep and sensitive info of Nishi, YK and Pooja.
Lastly, I have to say this. Did Sona ever look at YK and his face during this whole fiasco? That actor is phenomenal👏. My heart is breaking for him. The silence as Pooja and Sona trample on his heart, and NIshi's, the shock and numbness as he comes face to face with Pooja's suicide attempt, the hurt and utter helplessness as Pooja refuses to talk to him and call him dad, is simply out of this world😭. Just because he is not melodramatic, does that mean YK and Nishi are not "dying" from the inside just as much as Pooja is? How the hell did she think she was going to look them in the eye after her "heroic" fiasco? All this because Pooja wanted to name a stray puppy, she read so much into this😡? She displayed utter callousness to potential repercussions, the storm that would uproot YK and Nishi's lives or any other dire consequences from this.
Just like many of you have expressed, I hope that they don't show us that Sona was right after all💔I would truly hit the roof then😡
