ok so seeing d last two episodes for d frst time I felt dat suman rastogi is not dat bad😊..dis woman may appear too loud,alwys quarelling on petty issues, money minded but its d mere circumstances dt kind of forced her to b so rude nd harsh specially on sonakshi bcz she is d elder one may b..its nt vry esy fr a mother to raise her 3 children without her husbnd..

from d day I startd watching dis shw I hd a feeling dt may b later on they will show dt sonakshi is not her real daughter..may b illegimate..ws surprised by d way she behaved w8 her nd pari..but yesterday dat dinning table scne jst chngd my thought dat 1min or may b 2min scne betwn mother daughter ws somethng worth watching..she ws clearly nt convinced dat they r only friends..bcz she can sense something which sonakshi herslf is nt understanding or may b nt accepting..in reality also in most of d cases mommies r d first ones to get a clue of wats going on in our lives..b it love life or smthng else😛

hope she is nt shown to b planning nd plotting smthng insensible in future to ruin her daughter's love life..for nw she is nt actually satisfied w8 d whole sippy clan nd dats y she is warning her alwz..nd she is kind of right in dis..d way naren sippy chngd in few hours ws nt accptd at all..but again I hope she gets to c wat gem of a persn rohit is🤪 cz at d end of d day he nd only he matters

I think itv gives us warped ideas about how a particular person should be.

Why can't a mother be strict? Is it necessary to show all mothers as mamta ki murat and tyag ki devi?

Why should she be forgiving all the time, you are right, about her back story.

The other fact is that we're only shown parts of her life which are related to her kids. Her sole existence as a character is being demonstrated as the mother of the female lead. The character development of suman is very limited as of now. She's being slotted in to remind sona that rohit is not suitable for their family.

I also hope that she remains an understanding adult and not a crazy possessive mom.

Given her current interactions with rohit, suman will definitely change her opinion about rohit as a person. But as a prospective son in law, na na na. Not so soon.

Suman maybe petty, biased and money minded but Sona did admit that she shared a beautiful bond with her mom once. And seeing the last two episodes I felt there is more to Suman than what we have seen. I definitely don't support her in pushing Sona into TV industry at a young age. She made Sona sacrifice her childhood to support the family. There are cases where parents support the spoilt child in the family coz they happen to be the weak link. Same with Pari. Suman is strict with Sona coz she wants Sona to toughen up and get practical in life. She believes Sona's goodness will one day land her in trouble and she wasn't wrong there. Sona can go to any lengths to protect not just her loved ones but others too. From Suman's perspective its not wrong coz she wants Sona to be selfish so that she can survive in this world.

Mothers are humans too. They make mistakes as well, and in time, when they realise, they make amends. Applicable for all relatives, not only mothers.

We will see character development for each character in this drama. I hope our expectations are not too high, just in case sandip sikand decides to go rogue.

As of now everything is hunky dory. There might be major shift in sippy family inter relationship after Pooja reveal. Whoever is against sona now will be in her team.

Suman needs a jor ka jhatka to accept rohit as a permanent fixture in sona 's life. But that is too far away. Rohit has to clear the raima mess first. Am sure suman will use that to keep sona away from him.

What still does not make sense is her completely different attitude towards Pari, compared to Sona. Almost like a step-mother ..

No offense to anyone, but I feel suman treats sona as the goose that lays golden eggs.

She is more strict about sona as she knows sona is soft hearted and can possibly be taken by sob stories. Eager to help others.

I may not be right, but a mother knows her children the best.

They might later on add, that sona is her husband's daughter with another woman, or some crap. But for now, this is how I look at the mother daughter pair.
