Yes if they show all the illogical stuff as Spoof comedy series like "Hrudaya kaleyam" telugu movie😂 rather than justifying it through her serious lectures , it would be watchable😆

It's not about trolling and it's not about justifying. It's about perspectives and perspectives depend upon where u stand .

The truth is such scenes bring in high trps.If the scene had no drama the doctor saves the patient with parvati doing nothing would it bring trps. In Bollywood also they show one hero hits ten goons at once. It's illogical and unrealistic but people like it. Secondly hectic shoots writers have to write storylines to accommodate actor s absence.Scripts change last minute. This show shows reality what happens.

It's about sonakshi s life and Rohit sippy life belonging to different worlds .Still how they connect .So both are characters are right from where they stand . It's not about mocking or justifying .

Lol so if only brainless gimmicks like sari clad bahu doing a surgery brings TRP, everyone should mindlessly do this? 🤔

Murder trials also attract a lot of attention, so by this “logic” of “difference in perspective”, people should go around committing murders so that they can attract the attention of the masses? Lol

There is no value for basic sense and ethics cuz only catering to mindlessness gets attention? We shouldn’t even ATTEMPT as a society to draw a line about acceptable levels of absurdity? Waah. 🙏

Exactly thats what i was thinking too...But sab ko entertainment dena hai bhai..Acc to them No logic = Entertainment🤔😆..

Its better if they focus on original theme of the show ie.,how two ppl with hectic daily life schedules make time for each other in a relationship ...ofcourse yes they have to fall in love first to reach that point of the story and so they need interactions now but i would have appreciated if they have shown Sonakshi character little bit sensible and like she loves acting, but she gets only these kind of lame roles and shows,so she had no other chance and she pointing out all the lameness in the shows in which she is acting( like in "I dont watch TV " web series lol)...I would have connected more with her ...but here it seems writer is more interested in justifying all the lameness in the TV shows through her character rather than focusing on her basic characterization.Other than her being a FL in a TV show, what is her real identity and personality? Thats what they should focus on.It was shown a little bit in first episode like how she likes to act in military or hospital related Ads without taking her paycheck..Thats it ,Then they deviated to the track of how the TV industry works blah blah😆

Lameness is there everywhere be it TV and Bollywood. Why should she be pointing to lameness .why should she say she doesn't want to work in such shows ? But she has no choice but to do that. That would be projecting TV actors in bad light and not to forget she gets money and fame from that only .That is source of income that's why she can afford to act for free for a military ad and because she is TV star she is asked to shoot for military ad. As an actress her response was appropriate to Rohit.

People who work corporate jobs also work hard, get paid good money. But plenty of them still criticize the corporate environment. They don’t try to blindly justify it as MAGICAL. They acknowledge the fact that they only work in these jobs for the money.

Sonakshi on the other hand is trying to GLORIFY her industry without admitting its flaws which very much exist like they do in all industries. She could have simply stated she works for the money and fame. But no, she instead tries to glorify her work as something “magical”. Seems like actors start losing sight of reality since they are busy peddling fantasies. They get a little too caught up in the fantasy persona they put onscreen of a “magical superwoman” and they start to think they are doing some social service by playing a superbahu in a soap 🙄😂

I m not defending that scene .I m just saying sonakshi is not wrong in defending it. A random person comes on set create drama calls the TV artist make because of the use of body double .Not to forget sonakshi has got fame and money through the same show so why shouldn't she get defensive about it ?

Tomorrow when Rohit becomes her lover they share some moments where he teases her on such scenes ...don't ever operate me like u operated ur hero in show ....I m sure she is have good laugh on it.

🤣 Lol the bollywood does this so should we argument is really funny that is like saying koi aur khuwaein main chalang laga raha hai toh let us do that too 🤣

Besides this lameness has been reduced by a hige number in bollywood too #justsaying if there are 10 mass films in a year there is a fair number of content driven logical films too so they are actually balancing it out since past few years unfortunately nothing as such has been shown on tv instead theg are doing the opposite if 10 shows were extreme dumbness now 90 shows are absolute unreal and illogical sirf daayans and naagins etc etc ka raaj hai so plz keep that somebody is doing it we should do it too to defend this mindnumbing content and defensive bhashans by a soap actress in a soap in a soap it was nice when they seemed aware of the crap they show and called it oit it went downhill when they tried to defend it. Nothing wrong in calling out the cons

So she should have focused on criticizing Rohit for creating a scene. Instead she decided to defend a super nonsensical scene. Obviously she will be criticized for trying to paint such a stupid scene as some noble social service being provided to the audience.

If she had focused on how wrong Rohit’s behavior was rather than launching into a lecture on how magical TV is, I would respect her perspective.

There seems to be nothing more to her personality than defending her profession and the TV industry. A character should be be more fully formed.

Yeah people get defensive when they are questioned but that’s doesn’t automatically make their perspective justified.

Anybody comes and mocks ur profession one is bound to get defensive. There is nothing wrong with it. It's wasn't just about that scene but he also called her fake for using body double. It's about a situation .I think we are taking it too far. If u think from the situation perspective both were right.

Quite a while back we had a soap in UK - Coronation Street - where one of the longest character was deceived into doing fraud.

Audience/viewer's fans came out in to streets to protest. They even wrote to the Prime Minister and the letter was published on a tabloid!😲😕🤣🤣... if that is the case of UK then seeing the regressive state of Indian tv, what they show, defend, take pride in is pixie dust!😆

I've read some actors/writer's intvws here on IF and they clearly say if audience doesn't want to see change, substantial content - then this, what brings in trp will continue to rule.
