Hiten Tejwani and Gauri Pradhan's love affair was not a routine tinsel world liaison. This partnership ended up as a life time bond. But it took Hiten six months to break the ice with Miss No-Nonsense.

THEY ARE Indian television's 'star couple'. They look beautiful, act well and are very much in love, even after four years of marriage! I am talking of Karan and Nandini (Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thee) aka Hiten Tejwani and Gauri Pradhan. Here's their story from their own jubani…
Jab We Met:
Hiten Tejwani: I met Gauri for the first time on the sets of Ekta Kapoor's Kuttumb. She was and is still, a no-nonsense girl. Such was the attitude that she did not talk to me for six months. I knew I had to get her anyhow. How I wooed her? Well, I got her chocolates and home-made food daily on the sets. To tell you the truth, there was no official proposing scene between us. It happened very gradually and we knew it would end in marriage!
Gauri Pradhan: Hiten is a happy go-lucky guy. He always kept joking and interacting with everyone on the sets. He was kind even to the spot boy. I realised that he is genuine and a very caring man. On the top of it, he has a great sense of humour. I was bound to get attracted and thankfully, it was mutual.
Their most romantic date:
HT: According to me having a candlelit dinner on a secluded beach would be great. I would love to go to Goa and Cocobay also.
GP: It thrills me whenever he plans a surprise trip for me to an exotic location. For example, to Goa.
Sure shot ways to keep a relationship alive:
HT: Mutual understanding comes first and foremost. Everything else falls in place automatically.
GP: Honesty, caring nature, sense of humour and of course, marriage! You get the sense of belonging only then.
Message to fans:
HT: If you love someone. Don't let go. Marriage is a beautiful relationship. Love and caring only grows after it.
GP: If you really love someone, make sure you spend the rest of your lives together.
