Its Anubhav afterall.
He has always been a gingerman, flipping on his decisions.
It can occur to him that after his kidnapping, it dawns on him that Gungun is facing lots of backlashes because of him...from Akriti, from his saint family members, from society (bkoz their rishta is now known to all).
N this will also nag him that Gungun can go to any extent to save him, whereas he is unable to take a stand for her.(forget abt divorcing Akriti, thus has not crossed Anubhav's mind at all) . Guilt can rack his soul. N this same guilt that for as long as he stays in Gungun's life ( n he will always be Akriti's suhaag, koz going against his family n even Gungun's stubborn idea to hand him over to Akriti is soooo tough), Gungun will be stuck in life...unable to progress in life and stay stagnant in this infernal situation.
So, he'll push her away. By blaming her, that its bkoz of her life issues that he landed in this whole mess. He'll blame her that he got involved in life threatening situations bkoz of her Boyfriend Ranvijay. N if needs be, he'll taunt her on her character.
Gosh, my mind is reeling!
GG is anyway ready to leave him, she only needs to hear this from Anubhav and it's done.
