You should really continue with the story your prospective of it matches with what the characters think but the writer of the show fail to execute.
You've whet my appetite. 👍🏼
Continue soon. ❤️
Chapter 2 : It's time to end it
Anubav put his bag on his desk and headed for his balcony. He needed air, but all the air he could breathe did not help, because his being wanted to be near Gungun.
The situation is getting more and more complicated. His family was already invasive, but what to do with this woman they put in his feet?
He sent a message to Gungun
"I stopped by the hospital, besides seeing a snail it was clinging to you, I hope you didn't let it drool on you too long..., and your mother stopped by. Gungun we have to tell the truth to the family, this lie can't last any longer."
Anubav heard the door to the room close. He had no peace anywhere... A new drama was brewing and he just wanted to go and leave everything behind.
He expected to see Akriti, but it was his uncle. He breathed a sigh of relief, Yug and Ankit were following behind him. Their team was complete. He went to sit in his chair while the others took their seats.
"Anu, began his uncle. What are you going to do?"
"I'm still trying to convince Gungun, I think I'll already go to a lawyer for the divorce papers for Akriti. Cancelling our marriage won't be too complicated."
He met Yug's gaze, Yug looked like he wanted to say something, but nodded to his uncle.
"Akriti has the support of BP and in this family no one has divorced, so how are yougoing to do it?"
"It's my fault, if I had calmed down and not let Maya and Akriti play their game, this marriage would never have happened..., but what can I do but put things right?"
"And Akriti's father pointed out Ankit."
"What will Shankar Saxena do to me? I don't care about their complaint. For me only Gungun matters. So no matter what the family or Akriti's family says, nothing will stop me from cancelling this marriage."
His phone beeped, he knew it was Gungun's answer, but he just wanted to see her, so he took the keys to his motor bike.
"I'm going out, who cares if a storm breaks out in the house, don't bother me. Golu chaachu I know it's hard for you to calm things down without telling the truth, but give me a few more days and I'll sort it out..."
The ringingof his phone cut off the rest of his sentence, he answered without looking a who was calling, since he had set a ringtone for his wife.
"Yes?"
"I was waiting for you," was Gungun's reply.
"You were in very good company, why did I have to intrude?"
He heard Gungun sigh, he couldn't help it. Jealousy had a way of making him childish. His uncle and the other men left the room, he was going to close behind them, not knowing when 'the other' would come.
"I'm sorry about my mother..."
"It's not your fault, but one thing is up to you..."
"I know what you're going to say Anubav, but..."
"There's no, but, tomorrow I'll get a lawyer to annul the marriage..."
"Can you do that?"
"Yes, since the wedding Akriti and I have been living as strangers, so that should be enough."
He knew she was split, but he couldn't please everyone. His family would get over it and Akriti it's not like the world would end after their divorce.
"Gungun."
"I know, but I don't like this situation. They will suffer, they will be disappointed."
"So what? You only have one life, and you have to be happy to live it well."
He wasn't going to argue any further, and above all he wasn't going to wait any longer. They spent half an hour talking about them and the various scenarios if thing sever went wrong, but Anubav was determined to get it over with, regardless of Gungun's fears.
He refused to have dinner with his family, his mother brought him his dinner, she gave hima nasty look, but it didn't matter. Since when did he pay attention to their mood?
He lay downon the sofa, but when he heard Akriti enter the room, he did not move. He couldn't stand her proximity or the smell of her perfume.
The sun was not yet fully up when Anubav got ready. He took what he needed, went down stairs thinking he would not run into anyone, but he forgot that his mother was always the first one up. She looked at him with a sad look on her face, but her heart was so tormented, he didn't have the heart to reassure her.
He was about to take his blessings and took the cup of tea she handed him.
"Annu."
"Maa please, not so early in the morning."
"But son, you know I am worried about you..."
"NO, said Anubav in an irritated voice, you are not worried about me, but about your daughter-in-law."
He put down the cup without taking a drop and headed towards the door, but his mother stoodin front of him.
"Anu,I know what your heart wants, but you are already married."
"And? I have to live unhappily all my life because I am married?"
"But divorce is not acceptable."
"For whom?"
"Think of Akriti! For a man it's nothing to be divorced, but they'll say she was a bad wife when..."
"Where as nothing at all! You see what you want to see. No one sees who she is in all the drama she's brought back since she came to this house..."
His mother sighed, Anubav knew that no one could understand him, let alone see behind the mask that Akriti puts on, because this family has an idea of the ideal daughter-in-law, and Akriti seems to fit their wish.
"Maa, I want you to know that I am not going to force myself to make you happy while I am suffocating, as always, I will do what I would like to do for my life."
"I don't know if it is your intelligence or our love that has made you so."
Anubav looked at his mother and refused to argue with her further. He walked around her and took the path.
He rang the bell at Gungun's house and Garima, his aunt, opened the door. He was surprised, but not surprised. She told him that Gungun had told her everything and thatshe hoped things would work out for the best for them all.
He went to Gungun's room and found her asleep. He sat down in an armchair and looked ather. Just being in the same room as her was enough to calm the storm raging in his heart. When the alarm went off, Gungun opened his eyes and said it was too early, he had forgotten to turn off his alarm, he laughed softly which made Gungun sit up in bed.
"Anubav?"
"Were you expecting someone else?"
She gave him a weak smile. That was enough for him for the upcoming battles that awaited him.
Read both updates in one go… lovely start! I do so like this no-nonsense Anubhav!
This is what should have been the due course! 👏I didn't like the fact that the makers rushed through falling in love and then intimacy. There was no build up.
This one made me happy!🤗 Anubhav the decisive fellow who was lost is now again finding his foothold. Atleast his mother knows! I always couldn't fathom the fact that his mother was oblivious to his tears, pain and anguish. But here it felt right❤️
Update soon. 🤗You know I am hungry for more😆
no maya / chipkali dram aatleast in this please!
I like this Anubhav wish we would get this Anubhav rather then what he is right now
That would have being a good story line.
