Spoiling a good Show

Ok I'm not bashing you, but I don't agree with you on some things.

First, everyone agreed to give Naina to Kali. They entrusted her with the task of raising Naina properly and assuming the role of her mother. That same Gauri made a bargain with Kali, to give her Naina in return for Yug. She gave away her daughter for a man who doesn't love her. She was fine with it for all those years, so why now? Does that define a good mother to you?

Also, her reputation speaks alot about her. If she cannot be a good human being, then how can she become a good mother'. Let's not forget that when Kali came back to the house, Gauri tried to kill Naina endless times. She even stole a baby, because she didn't want Kali's own to get all the attention. Then when she finds out that Naina is her own child, all of a sudden, she wants to play the doting mother. Gauri please, spear me from that bs. When she does get Yug, and Kali has moved on with Nandu and is pregnant, Gauri shows her true colours and cannot be happy for Kali. Instead she is jealous. I think people have forgotten how she got Naina in the first - by sleeping with Yug who is a married man, and not her husband. By doing this, she has proven that she can't be a good daughter, sister or bahu.

Children often look up to their parents, and I would hate for Naina to think that it is right. I don't want her to be influenced, thinking that Manjari & Madhuri had something similar, Gauri & Kali too, so likewise her and Pavitra should take the same route. When she shouts at Kali and treat her badly in front of Naina, what would happen. Naina would think that this behaviour is normal, that relationships don't matter (especially after Gauri sleeps with her brother-in-law) and she might act the same way towards Pavitra. It's already shown that since she first accepted Gauri as mother, she has become quite ill-mannered. Children are impressionable at this stage, so I'm afraid she'll influence Naina directly or indirectly. Raising a child is about love and values, not about buying them expensive gifts. i.e. the doll house, which shows that they would spoil her instead. Her supposed parents couldn't even handle her when she insulted the poor.

I honestly don't know why they continue to make Kali that sacrificial idiot and punching bag. She should move on and ket them handle their own problems. You're right about one thing: she has her own daughter. Besides, Naina is ungrateful also. I want Kali to stick up for herself, and stop trying to prove herself in front of everyone, especially Nandu and Dadi. They always doubt her, yet they want them to fix all their problems.
