Yug drived the car. They both reached to same hotel, where they met first time after growing up. All that flashback rolled in front of their eyes, how Kali was crying. And how Yug came to help her. How he helped her in kidnapping Gauri and she wrote thank you note on his car. They both stared at each recalling all those golden moments they had
between them. Then manager entered and inquired to Yug. They grabbed table for two people. Waiter handover menu card to Kali.
"Bhuk humein nahi inhe lagi hain. Aap inhe de dijiye. Humein bus paani chahiye." (Its him who is hungry. Please give menu card to him. I just want glass of water) Kali said.
Yug looked at her with wild expression but quietly grabbed menu card and started reading it. What she likes? He thought in mind.
And really he didnt know about it. If anyone would have asked her what he likes to eat, she would have answered in fraction of second without
even looking at menu card. Yug looked so confused unable to order anything. Then he got idea. He excused himself saying he wants to make one urgent call. Yug went away from table and called up Manjiri. Manjiri panicked noticing call from Yug at late night.
"Yug aapne itani raat to phone kiya. Sab thik to hain na.. Kali.. Kali thik hain na!"(Yug is everything all right.. Kali.. if Kali is ok) Manjiri asked. "Haan Pishi maa, sab thik hain. Kali mere saath hi hain. Chinta mat kijiye. Bas aap se kucch puchana tha" (Yes Pishima. Everything is ok and kali is with me only. I just needed small information). Manjiri was surprised to know Yug and Kali are together so late. "Wo kali ko khane main kya pasand pasand hain?"(Whats Kali's favorite food) Yug asked. Manjiri smiled "Rajma chawal!" He got his answer. Yug thanked Pishi ma and cut the phone. Manjiri's face smiled with shine understanding destiny has brought her both kids together. She just prayed to Ramji to keep her both kids happy always.
Gauri waited so long for Yug to return to room. But he was no where. Finally she checked him in entire house but he was nowhere.
She sensed something wrong and checked Kali's room as well. But they both were not in house. She got angry over situation.
Yug quickly placed order before returning to table. He clearly got hint about her bad condition when he noticed she is continuously
playing with her fingers controlling her hunger. Finally order arrived at table. Kali was surprised to see its her favorite dish which Yug has ordered. Yug simply slided dish to her without wasting time and he asked her to eat. Kali's emotion were choked up.
Tears were filled in her eyes. She didnt know how to react. Whether she should be ignorant as she was behaving. Or she should acknowledge he still loves her. Unable to bear it anymore, Kali got up from seat and said "Humein nahi khana."(I dont want to eat).
Yug grabbed her hand quickly before she could move away. "Kali tumhi kahti thi na, khane ka apman nahi karna chahiye."
(You only used to say one shouldnt disrespect food). He added. Kali stood dumb unable to answer him this time. It was her own belief she couldnt tamper.
She seat back on chair. Yug let go her hand and asked to her to eat. Kali finally started eating. Smile spread on Yug face for that
moment. First spoon she ate and she was choked up. She started coughing badly. Yug quickly got up from the seat and immediately pour
water in a glass. He went to her side and made her drink water by his hand quickly. Kali was still trying to control. As obvious option to control situation he moved his hand on her back. "Kali are you ok" he asked. She was perplexed. He didnt realize even he was moving his hand on her back which was open. She managed to gaze at him for some time. Yug soon realized what was he doing! He pulled his hand hesitantly. He pulled himself back to his chair. "Tum khao" he said and sat back on his chair trying to control that awkward situation between them.
It was quiet late in the night when Kali and Yug returned home. All the way they had too much to speak but they didnt say a word.
He parked car at his usual place. Yug looked at her with hope she will atleast say something now. But she continued to be mute.
Kali got down and went to back of the car. She brushed her fingers on dust topping at glass. Yug also got down and looked at her.
Kali put glance on Yug and turned to go in direction of house. Yug came at the backside of car and saw what Kali has written there "Thank you ramji!" He just gazed at Kali who was going away from him.
"Kaash aap bharosa kar pate Yug. Zindagi kitani aasan hoti!"(If you could trust Yug, life would have been easy) Kali thought!
"Kaash main apne aap ko tumse pyaar karne se rok pata Kali, Zindagi kitni aasan hoti!"(If I could have stopped loving you Kali, life
would have been easy) Yug thought.
