Clock in Yug's room struck at 3.00 PM and he woke up. Its been week he faced that major accident where it was question of his life and death. He was not fully recovered physically. And there was enough drama going in home for not to have mental peace as well. He remembered yesterday's incident only where Kali tried to prove him again that she is his wife. And daadi asked her to do pooja for vatsavitri to take him out of danger. But his daadi denied and confirmed its Gauri who did vatsavitri pooja for him.
He absolutely landed in situation whom to trust again, because he was not able to believe his daadi would tell such big lie to him. And on other end, he felt its Kali's devotion due to which he is out of such big danger.
But what hurt him more is Kali broke down finally and confronted him for not trusting her.
"Yug, agar aap humpe vishwas nahi karte to sach kya hain and jhoot kya usase koi farak nahi padta. Agar aapko aise lagta hain ki Gauri aapki patni hain to aap apne sach pe vishwas kijiye. Hum aur humare ramji jaanate hain humara sach!! Aur ab humein koi zarurat nahi kisi sach ko saabit karneki. Ab humari sacchai khud ramji sabit karenge. Aap sab log sirf humein kaala teeka mante hain na.. thik hain to bas ab kaala teeka hi banke rahenge..."
Kali's word started rushing to his mind and he panic again due to headache.
That time only, servant entered his room with medicine. He realized it must be Kali who would have sent his medicine at precised time. But he was wondering why she is not here with medicine then? It was more than 24 hrs she didnt even peep in to his room once. Unable to control his astonishment, Yug asked "Ghar pe koi nahi hain?" Servant confirmed Chulbuli and Gauri went to parlour, Daadi went to temple... Yug couldnt control and asked "Kali?"... Servant told him Kali is there in kitchen only, in fact she asked him to bring medicine to Yug's room. Yug was more shocked this time.
How could Kali leave such opportunity not to come to see him once in day. Admist of his thoughts yug asked servant to go.
Daadi arrived at home and noticed Kali working in kitchen and servant coming out of Yug's room. She understood that its servant who has given medicine to Yug in her absense. Victorious smile spread through her wrinkled face as she marked her victory by breaking down Kali with all her witty plans. Finally Kali herself was staying away from Yug and she also couldnt unnotice that.
"Dawai de di Yug ko?". This was first question Kali asked when she saw servant entering in kitchen. Nod from him made her relaxed. Tears was about to roll down passing by her pink cheeks. But she held herself. She knew she had to be strong. Staying away from Yug was not easy for her. specially when she knew he is her ramji, her husband. But same time she was hurt he couldnt trust her. She really felt like she is seeta of kaliyug where her ram
keep asking her to give agnipariksha to prove her purity, her integrity. But seeta maiyya too burried herself to her origin when she could not take it longer. Similar way she also embraced her self to her origin as Kaala
teeka as she could not take it longer. "But will it be possible for me to watch Yug with Gauri and not do anything?? what if truth is never proved in front of Yug? Will life time she will be just kaala teeka despite of being Yug's wife??" Her thoughts broke when she heard voice of glass breaking down from Yug's room. "Is Yug alright?" she panicked and almost rushed out of kitchen to check for Yug. But she held herself back when she saw Daadi going to Yug room.
"Kya hua bachua?", Daadi asked with concern. "Kuchh nahi daadi, dawai le raha tha bas pani ka glass haath se fisal gaya"
"Akele hi dawai le rahe ho.. Gauri kaha hain?" Daadi asked. "humein pata nahi daadi" yug almost answered with less zeal.
"Rehne do tum aaram karo hum paani bhejate hain kamare main" Daadi said to Yug avoiding to project Gauri's one more karnama
in front of Yug. Daadi came to passage and noticed Kali passing by. "Aee Ladki Yug ke kamare main paani rakh do, dawai leni hain
usse." Kali's heartbeat almost skipped as she really dont wish to face Yug after what happened yesterday. "Aisi bhut banake kahi khadi ho .. jaao pani do... and haan room main kaach pada hain wo bhi saaf kar dena" Daadi ordered her giving her treatment equivalent to servant of the house. Kali was dumbstruck how to face this situation which she wished to avoid most..
