I agree that its her fear that is keeping her from letting Dev approach her as she feels secure in her fake life that now to have a stranger say he knows her is threatening to unbalance her life once again and her mind cannot take that kind of strain so she feels she needs to stay away from him. I'm sure the more she sees him, the more she will realise that her feelings for him are not just fear but something more and she is masking her attraction to him by hiding behind Adi.

It was obvious she dint why she was getting agitated....And I think she just confused Tons of emotions....She needs her Memory back .She herself said she feels she knows him....BUt why is she getting scared?
