Nayantara dies..

However I think that Karan and Ameesha can sent the cops in order for Dev to be arrested.. that makes more sense.. remember Karan said "we need to be one step ahead"
and after Dev goes to jail Kaajjal will is the only to proof his innocence and release him from jail..
but the problem will be that Karan and Ameesha will know that Kaajjal is the key and try to eliminate her.
