i dont want this to happen if kaju is present on the spot when that dhruv sayz to dev that he luvz kaajal then i guess she will give him a tight slap n tell him she luvz dev so i guess dhruv will leave her insted .....
but why dint dhruv realize kaajal was the one dev loved when he came to know the gals real name isnt sapna but kaajal !

Because dhruv knows her as only the Hospital wali..not her name.😳
