The fearful night starts haunting Kaajjal again. She remembers how the car went over those poor people and she was a victim of that dreadful accident too. Dev insists her to speak up. He tells her to say what happened that night but Kaajjal is quiet. She thinks that she cannot take Veer's name as Dev had done a lot of favors for her. Dev is not ready to leave the matter; Kaajjal says that she can't remember anything. Dev says that she was lying and that she was trying to hide something from him. Just then the nurse comes and informs that some forms were left to be filled up and Dev goes out to fill it up. After he leaves Bua and Satya asks Kaajjal if she was trying to hide something. Kaajjal says that she had witnessed the accident and that the drunken man was none other than Dev's brother. Dev overhears her and he tells her to reveal the entire story but Kaajjal prefers to keep quiet but she is forced to say the truth. Dev is taken aback and he walks out of the room. Kaajjal is worried and she tells Ganny Bhaiya that he shouldn't have created such a situation. She says that she can't afford to loose her love for this accident and for this reason she was not revealing anything. The police come to take her dictation and Kaajjal takes Veer's name. The corps are shocked too as they recognizes Veer, who was no les than a celebrity.
The inspectors sat for a meeting with their senior as the matter was very serious. One of the famous celebrities was accused by a girl who had just recovered from coma. The commissioner was not ready to believe it when the report came that the car was discovered that had caused the accident which was registered on the name of Veer Singh. The commissioner decides to take an action.
Dev had raised a huge brawl in Singh mansion. He had accused his own brother on the basis of a simple girl's comment this was to be believed by the members. Veer says that he was not even around Bandra when the accident took place. Ameesha says that Dev had blind faith on kaajjal and that he is finding to believe his brother. Dev says that kaajjal was not that kind of a girl who had makes up stories, she had a pure heart and that she had told the truth. Karan says that he would believe Veer as he was his own brother, he had faith on his both brothers but he preferred to give Veer a chance to justify himself. The brothers break into fight and Panna chachi stops them. She says that as Nayantara wasn't present so it was her responsibility to maintain the house, she concludes that Nayantara would have been extremely upset if she learns this.
The commissioner enters right at that moment. He says that he was launched an FIR against Veer and Ameesha on the basis of Kajjal's dictation and they will have to go to the police station for the procedures. Veer is extremely angry but Karan says that he would accompany an advocate so he shouldn't worry.
At the police station Veer and Ameesha are charged separately about that night. They confide that their car was stolen and they had reported a nearby police station about it. The police are convinced that they were not lying when their advocate comes and explains. The commissioner apologizes for his previous behavior and releases them.
The newspapers had the news that Veer and Ameesha was arrested due to the Bandra accident. kaajjal was not at all contented by it. She says that she had no intentions to reveal the truth and just because of her there was war between two brothers.
Dev and Veer starts quarrelling once again. Dev says that he had made up a story of the car getting stolen, it was a lame excuse. Veer was fuming, he says that Dev gave more importance to other peoples but not his own brother, he says that the middle class girl had made a plan to ruin their family as firstly she had forced Dev into jail when he wasn't blameworthy. The argument continues which leads to fight. Veer gets to Dev and catches hold of his collar. The entire family is shocked.

There was a cold war going on in today's episode. Like always Mrs Nayantara is not available. She is always busy with her business; she hardly manages time to handle her family's disputes. Poor Panna chachi had a tough time handling two ferocious tigers, Dev and Veerđ. Dev mentions Kaajjal in each of his lines. He says that one cannot be considered rich because of ones money power but the one who follows principles and values are the richest, he meant Kaajjal. The way they fight is really worth watching..pura ka pura mahabharat..the two ladies panna and the elder bhabi acts as Umpiresđ..
Dev never spares a chance to shout over Ameeshađ, he is the only one in the family who can put a fullstop to Ameesha's blabbering.đ The one guy who is good for nothing is his elder brother Karan. He is so mystifiedđ; first he says he was with Dev next moment he gets into Veer's side.
Veer and Ameesha are out of the court case but Dev threatens to file a case, seems Dhruv bhaiya would handle itđ.
People finally Devu had changed his shirt.đ Haiiii Devu was in a red shirt and his chest was visibleđłkya ishtyle hai janab ke.. I hated it when Veer caught hold of Devu's collarđĄ..aree shirt bigad gayi uskiđł..Dev looked like a red juicy appleđ..
Like always the episode showed more of Devđł. He is so worried about Kajjal. He could easily say when Kaju was trying to hide the truth from him,he could read her eyes. đłđł..He kept on saying"bolo Kajjal..bolo.."..Kaajjal was confused if he left her then.đ
He was the one struggling throughout. First he had to run for Kajjal in hospitals, and now he is running to courts against his brother.Kitna kaam karta hai Devu..awwww poor babyđ
