Part 1

RP is about to notice Pankaj when his phone rings, & Rai sahib asks him to come to a party meet. He agrees, and Pankaj enters the chamber. He asks Jyoti where she was, and Kabir answers for her, telling him that she's ready for artificial insemination. 🤢

Kabir then takes Pankaj outside, and they wait, while Kabir starts having flashbacks of his romantic moments w/ Jyoti. After a while, the doc comes out w/ Jyoti, and tells Pankaj that the insemination is done 🤢, but it'll take 6 weeks to confirm the pregnancy. Kabir doesn't look remotely happy, despite his bravado up to this point.

While they are driving back, Kabir is quiet, and Jyoti asks him why he isn't looking @ her? Kabir tells her that he doesn't want to get lost in admiration, since it's not good for driving. Jyoti wonders whether he has 2nd thoughts, but Kabir assures her that they made the right decision, and to leave the rest up to God. Jyoti tells him that he's her god, and although she knows he's w/ her, she's still afraid.

Back @ the haveli, RP is pacing when Jyotir enter. He smiles @ them & welcomes them, but Jyoti is depressed. RP asks them whether they were @ the hospital, and they tell him that they were there to discuss Roshni's treatment. As they split, RP asks Kabir whether he's concealing anything from him? He tells Kabir to tell him whenever he thinks it's appropriate.

Raghu then comes and asks RP why he's questioning Kabir, and RP tells him that he's about to give him some good news. Jyoti is going to give this family an heir. And him his childhood. He tells Raghu that he spotted him @ the OBGYN. He tells him that they are concealing it, but he'll let them surprise him. Raghu looks shocked, since he knows what Kabir must have done.

Part 2

Kabir goes into a room when Raghu confronts him. He demands to know where he went, and guesses that he went to the hospital to get Jyoti artificially inseminated. Kabir admits it. Raghu asks him whether he knows the consequences of what he just did, and that Bapusa is happy thinking that Jyoti is about to have his baby, and that the family will get a heir. Kabir tells him that he can't let Bapusa's dream come in the way of someone else's life. Raghu accuses him of trying to prove his love to Jyoti by making her do this, and Kabir tells him that nobody will ever know that it's Pankaj's, and that baby will be known as his, and Bapusa's grandkid.

Raghu tells him not to be an idiot, and asks him whether he wants to deceive the whole family? He tells him that this can't be covered up, and if Kabir tries it, it will be injustice to that baby. He mocks Kabir for doing justice to the world, and injustice to his own family. He asks Kabir to think - if today, someone told him that the people who he thought were his parents actually weren't, how would he feel? (Actually, Jyoti would be a good reference on that!)

Kabir concedes that it may have been the wrong decision, but circumstances forced him to take it. He tells him that he's willing to take this risk to save Roshni, and that neither Jyoti not Pankaj will ever admit it to anyone (Kabir, you're putting too much faith on Pankaj, whose villainy you've witnessed first hand) He begs Raghu too to promise...

At this point, the ever nosy CS asks Kabir what sort of a promise is he exacting, and Raghu tells her they were just discussing politics. They then split, and CS notices the file that Raghu had thrown in anger & forgotten to pick up.

Jyoti enters the room where Roshni is playing, and Kabir joins them & picks Roshni up and starts playing w/ her. This scene however doesn't comfort Jyoti. In Pankaj's place, he's bemoaning the fact that once Jyoti's pregnancy is confirmed, he can't even call that baby his own. At home, Kabir & Jyoti are in bed, and Jyoti puts her hand on him, but Kabir removes it and turns away from her. Jyoti opens her eyes & looks & him, & the sappy music plays, like it so annoyingly often does.

Part 3

The next day, Jyoti's phone rings, and she has a conversation w/ Pankaj (why?) In his room, Vikrant is busy making out w/ the new girl. Reshmi is in tears as she watches it.

Few days later, everybody is having breakfast and the bahus are serving, when suddenly, Jyoti feels nauseous. She leaves, and Kabir follows her, and Asha wonders what happened? RP says whatever happens will be known soon.

At the hospital, the doc tells Jyoti that her insemination is successful & she's pregnant. Neither Kabir nor Jyoti is happy. She turns to Kabir and encourages him to kiss his wife, since he's about to become a father (Is this doc such a moron that she can't figure that Kabir is not proud of his wife impregnated by someone else?)

Precap

CS asks Kabir why he looks so pale, and Jyoti so unwell? Kabir tells them that Jyoti is pregnant.

I'm done w/ this serial - regret ever having watched it. 🤢😡

I'm looking for new updaters for Thursday & Friday, since this is my last update. I can't update what I can't stand to watch. Next week on, I'll just be reading Jyoti updates, if that, not writing them. Kru, my apologies for letting you down, but I just can't take it anymore - this decision was as tough as Jyoti's acceptance to have Pankaj's baby. 🤢

Thanks for all your updates I've really enjoyed them especially your comments at the end.

I am in total agreement with you with regards to Joyti and this disgraceful pregency and have stopped watching, i only read your written updates but as your stopping those I'm more then happy to turn my back on this sham of a drama which shows how weak, selfish and stupid women are!

I am glad that they are putting an end to it and our misery!!!!

Thanks for the update.. and all the previous ones.

I only ever read the updates.. I haven't watched the show in months.. now I doubt I'll be reading them either.. that is feral ~ the CVs could have handled this s/l in such a different manner (well, it would have been better not to bother with this s/l to begin with)..

Thanks once again for being such a cool updater.

TOTALLY agree with your comments. I understand why u want to stop updating. I'll just be putting up highlights from now on, if the episodes are going to be like this I don't think I'll be able to write detailed ones. The sooner this show ends the better.
