Part 1
Jyoti is standing alone as the barat leaves, crying, while Deepu turns back sadly and she waves @ him. She goes inside and to the balcony, and watches the barat leave from there. Suddenly, a hand goes on her shoulder - it's Kalpana. Jyoti cries that she's not able to be there @ his wedding (Idiot, that's your doing 😡😡). Jyoti is crying that she's not able to keep her promise to herself to contain her tears, and Kalpana tells her to cry freely. Jyoti reminisces about when they were kids, and Kalpana tells her that it's only human. She says that Jyoti can still be there @ the wedding, but Jyoti tells her that she had promised the Vashisths that she won't be there, and it was only then that they permitted Sudha to go. She says that Sudha would be belittled @ home if Jyoti was seen there. If she went there, Sudha would have to leave, and she refuses to let Sudha go what she's going thru (I'll bet Sudha would have been a lot less unhappy had she known that due to her sacrifice, Jyoti could be there) Kalpana then suggests to her that she observe the barat from a distance, following it.
Part 2
Deepu's barat moves on. Jyoti follows on her scooter, and watches from a distance. Seeing her, Sushma stops dancing w/ the others. She goes to Sudha, who is next to Deepu, and Sudha spots her. Jyoti moves out of sight and takes another route, but Sudha spots her again. This cat & mouse game goes on. She points it out to Deepu (why can't you just go home & get lost, Sudha?) Deepu tells her that she won't be able to come further, but Sudha promises him that she will.
Part 3
Deepu and the barat move on. Jyoti goes to a mandir & prays for him. Her phone rings, and she sees it's Sudha. Sudha tells her that she'll describe the barat to her in detail. She tells her that they are outside Poonam's house. She describes the events there. Jyoti thanks her, and tells her that it's like being there.
Inside, KK is welcomed, and Prabha tells her that it's all due to Jyoti. On the phone, Jyoti overhears Mahesh-ji inquiring about her. Padma lies telling them that she's caught up in some work, and Prabha is shocked that Jyoti is not there. Mahesh-ji even promises that Jyoti will be dancing there, and Jyoti overhears that. Mahesh-ji also says that the wedding won't happen w/o her, and Jyoti overhears it.
Mahesh-ji rings Jyoti, and Sudha disconnects it, so that he can get her. Jyoti sees Mahesh-ji's name, but doesn't answer. The episode ends.
Precap
Kalpana picks up Jyoti's phone on her behalf and tells Mahesh-ji that Jyoti is @ a temple and will be late, and to start w/o her. Mahesh-ji says it's not a problem, and they are not going to start w/o her, no matter what! 🥳🥳🥳 Kalpana relays the message to Jyoti, telling her that the marriage isn't going to happen unless she is there. Mahesh-ji, you're a prince!!!
Promo
Sushma calls Jyoti and tells her that it's okay to come, since Sudha's sasural people have left. Jyoti arrives @ the parking lot and bumps into a car. CM is still chatting in the parking lot, since she hasn't yet left, and is shocked to see Jyoti there.

I liked the end of today's episode, where Mahesh-ji queered the pitch by not only promising that Jyoti would dance, but also stating that the ceremony wouldn't go on w/o her. Let's see Jyoti stay away from it now. I want Jyoti to be there, even if it means Sudha & Uday having to leave. If they had the slightest sense of honor, they would.
I liked Jyoti overhearing all of that, and Sudha having the presence of mind to disconnect so that Mahesh-ji could call her. And I liked him at the end, where he promised his side that the wedding won't start w/o Jyoti, and that she'd dance for them. I like him taking such liberties 😆😆😆
On the precap, I absolutely loved it - I anticipate Thursday's episode to be worth watching, and recommend it. The promo is always different, so I doubt that Jyoti will be waiting for the coast to be clear - rather, she'll go there early, and probably try to have the Vashisths warned not to come. If they're worried about Sudha, they should send Sudha & Uday home - they've participated enough. And Jyoti should cease to bother about what CM thinks and tell her that since she is on her way out, she should leave, or the marriage wouldn't happen - and she can take Uday & Sudha w/ her.

A mediocre episode, again eminently worth missing. Thankfully, it was short. But do watch tomorrow's tonight's episode, where Mahesh-ji will come to the rescue and make the episode worth watching.
Mahesh-ji is now my favorite person in the serial. Prabha-ji too. 😆😆😆
