As for me, I have lived in New York/Connecticut for the past 26 years, have a son studying electrical engineering in college, he visits us once a month, if he can't we do. Campus is only a 2 hr drive.

Own a coffee store (franchise) in downtown Manhattan, keeps me busy dealing with day to day operations.
