'Well...' his face was a picture of at least 4 different sentiments. If anything, her words hadn't made it better serving as reminders of the fact that she'd spent the day alone with no relations - be it, in mind or form. And with her only remaining family unaware of it.

A picture flashed in his mind's eye just then. Of him acting on an emotional impulse, getting off his divan and pulling her passionately close to show she wasn't alone. Clasping her within his arms to show he would always be around watching out for her, even if he couldn't always be with her. Fastening her palm to his chest to show how her joys and sorrows mattered. Having her gaze into his eyes to show none of this was an exaggeration.

'But...' He rubbed the back of his neck.

For now, he would resort to words. 'I might be late in saying this... but know that the best of my wishes would always be for you, Begum Sahiba... I pray that Allah fills your life with endless happiness by bestowing his mercy and kindness upon you... that He protects you from all evils of the world... I hope that the days ahead would bring you prosperity and umpteen moments of joy'

Chellam, you know the future plot we do not. Heera just entered the dungeon and his cell while Khalil summoning jailer and it hunged there. I can't be in peace until I know Heera is out of dungeon safe and out of Khalil's sight. And most importantly I can't breath sigh of relief until I know all Heera's risk is worked and she could be able to treat Khan Sahiba.

So I'm failed to see it as silver lining as You claimed. 😭 So for me it's one of best cliffhunger. 👍🏼
