I am not so frightened of spiders... more of cockroaches... in fact, we have spiders in our house all the time since it is an old house with a large back-garden...

Of course, that doesn't mean I'm going to pick up a hairy 8-legged tarantula and play with it like the nature-programme hosts do...😆

But heights and now that's a different fear altogether!

Miss Ghosh they know is firm and fun, both and that is why they will come running to me telling me things that they will not to others, or anything exciting happening in their lives or vice-versa, anything bad happening...And I keep it that way too! Showering Love on them showing I care and yet I am firm in disciplining and counselling! 😃

Lashy you are braver then compared to me!! I freak out if I see a spider in my house or anywhere else. And in fact, any bugs or crawling creature throws me off! Heights is okay with me, as long as I don't need to look down too much but I have motion sickness! Not in my life will I get on those roller coasters! 🤔

I despise roller coasters... bane of my childhood where I was forced against my will to sit on them and cried during every single one!😆

Thankfully, as an adult, I can just say 'No' and smile at my family having fun...

I remember I took the flight over Grand Canyon in those small Cessna planes and it was so horrible when it was caught in the air pockets. It felt like dropping straight down and crashing!! The moment I got my foot on solid ground I ran to the restroom and threw up! Felt like kissing the ground on which I was standing! 😆

Oh dear... I'm ok with planes/ships etc... UK (your favourite place) is quite windy and steep at many places btw you know... not a flat terrain here... 😊

In Hawaii went to see whale watching in the boat, it was off the coast of Kaui and believe me I sat there the whole time with my eyes closed!! The ocean was so choppy and the boat like a toy kept going up and down and it felt my insides are also being whirled like the washing machine! Thankfully I took Dramamine before I boarded the boat!! Gosh, hardly I could appreciate anything!

Or in windy roads with steep heights, I get car sickness!! Kya batayoon ek namoona hoon main! 😆

How will you then ride by him down those dangerous cliffs and steep winding roads 😆

there was a show on DD bharat ek khoj , has anyone watched it...there makers hv actually shown it how it was & no distortion to anyone's character , it was Om puri who played khilji there .

& the fact that rawal ratan singh himself invited khilji & believed him is something that is always looked down upon in the rajputana history .

It was filtered stupidity on his part. Too much of unbending attitude leads you to break. RRS is a fine example of the maxim. I would h ave rather that he invited Khilji and finished him off for good. Padmavati too asks him the same. But he has the 'Athithi' usool as an answer to that.
