The red parts have come out wonderfully as poetry. I'm not saying just because they are the most romantic lines... but somehow the most romantic lines also have the tendency of sounding the dreamiest/sweetest!

Only one word, I'd change - he didn't lose self-faith... he never lost faith in himself either when she teared-up or when she used 'force'...because he knows the truth and doesn't blame himself... not even for a kiss which he went for, only after reading her signs... he knows HE hadn't misread her... but that SHE's the one facing insecurities!

So, he decides to stay away since it's affecting them both!
