OK - Costly Call but yeh sab hota hai. I liked Heera's disposition in this chapter. She likes one face of him and takes to it.

Aww heera physical pain always disappear when she is with khan sahib

Yes medicine also work i agree

But when we with good company we are distracted and forget our physical pain.

Gosh love to see heera laughing in the company of Samarth Singh

Love the most khan sahib is happy to see her happy

How sweetly he take care of her and he always got to know about her pain
