CHAPTER 31

Note... all green part is of dairy

"Sindoor" she indicated. I took a pinch of it & filled her partition like I did during our wedding. She bent down & touched my feet. I had said her not to do this. She won't listen to me... So its better that I bend on her wishes. I blessed her & made her stand. She smiled at me.

"I'll come later Jodha. I have some important works now" I took her leave.

Now my target.. Ruku

She jumped up in excitement seeing me & started with her all time drama.. Of demanding some or the other things. She can never get satisfied of what she has.

I least cared about her new demands, and directly asked the question "Did you like my new begam"

She turned her head away.

"Is it because she is hindu?" I questioned

"I don't understand Jalal why did you even marry a rajwanshi" she had an irritated look.

"That's non of your concern.. I am warning you Ruku.. Stay away from her. And stop giving those disgusting opinion of yours to her." I gritted my teeth.

"Oh... so much concern for that wh**e" she said & immediately a tight slap landed on her face. She stood dazed holding her cheek.

"Dare you use any such words for my begam.. I won't spare you" I left saying this.

After completing some important works, I called Jodha on the terrace.

"Like sword fighting?" I asked raising an eyebrow.

"I love it" she said with a smile.

Now you must be thinking how I knew about this. Common diary, am her husband. I ought to know about her. 🤣 Ok jokes apart, I saw her admiring my sword yesterday night. Hehe

I went towards her & gave her my sword "wanna try?"

She beamed in happiness. I took another sword & swinged it in the air.

"Let's have a duel" I smirked.

We had an amazing fight. I kept my moves easy so that I don't hurt her. Although she was very good in it but she is so tiny in front of me that I feared I would get her injured.

At a point when she attacked, my left hand captured hers & twisted. She collided me with her back touching my chest. Ufff that was amazing feeling.

I held her bare waist from back & caressed her milky with smooth skin. She closed her eyes & let out a moan. I kissed her ear.

Next moment her sword was on the ground & mine was on her neck.

"Rule number 1.. Never get yourself distracted" I said with a smirk.

She opened her eyes in haste "you cheater"

"Everything is fair in love & war" I said amused not knowing if I was talking about war or love.. Hehe. I kept my sword on the stand.

She pouted "but that's not done. You can't do this"

"What did I do" I asked with all the innocence I had.

"You.. You.." She blushed

"I.. What Jodha" I pulled her towards me & kissed her cheeks.

"Let's have another duel, and you won't do this again.. What's say" she raised an eyebrow.

"How can I defy my wifey jaan" I smirked & continued "I won't do this again" And again caressed her waist.

She giggled. "Yes you won't do this" & pulled my hands off.

We took our swords but now I was in a naughty mode. I made an exhausted face.

"What happened shehensha.. Tired so soon.. or your hands are paining lifting the sword" she smirked.

"Wanna try power of my hands & my stamina..." I smirked. "You will definitely get utterly exhausted."

"Why not.. Let's see" she smirked

I laughed out loud hearing her innocent feedback.

"What happened shehensha, what's so funny" she pouted. I pulled her towards me & kissed her lips... Just a light & sweet kiss.

She blushed. I took off my jama leaving my upper body bare in front of her astonished eyes. She immediately looked down.

"What are you doing shehensha.. Wear that" she said in a low tone.

"Oh.. Its too hot. I would prefer the duel this way" I smirked... A naughty one.

"Its not that hot today" she complained. I giggled knowing that IT was affecting her badly. I hugged her lightly.

"Ahh.. You are wrong Jodha.. The source of all the heat is in my arms making me burn"

She ran off blushing. I smirked at her antics.

At night I was going towards her room when I saw her running behind rabbits. And those little rascals were teasing my wife by playing hide & seek with her 😆

I don't know why but suddenly I picturized her running behind our children. Children.. Hehe.. For that I have to.. Ahem I blushed & chuckled at my naughty thought.

I went towards her & she bumped into me & fell down. I chuckled seeing her expressions. My little wonder.

She got up & greated me "pranam shehensha"

"Adab Jodha... Call me Jalal when we are alone" I said

"No no, in our religion we are not allowed to call our husband with their name" she said. I giggled. They do have weird customs.

I smirked with some naughty thoughts "Jodha... You know I love children"

I continued after a pause "will you become mother of my babies" I smirked.

Jodha smiled to me "A woman's entity is completed after becoming a mother. I would feel blessed to do it"

She never fails to amaze me. We both sat on the bench & I held her hand. She rested her head on my shoulder.

"From where does a baby come to a woman's womb" she asked.

I looked at her flabbergasted. What am I supposed to say.

"For that we have to do much hardwork & then if we are lucky enough.. Baby is born after nine months" I chuckled saying this

"What hardwork?" She asked

"You want to know" I was having naughty thoughts.

"Yes" she smiled.

I chuckled "don't complain afterwards that its paining and you are feeling tired and all"

"I won't.. I am so strong you know" she giggled unknown to the slyness of my words. I chuckled.

I took her to my room & made her lie on the bed & leaned on her. She closed her eyes.

I chuckled "you must be tired running behind those little rabbits.. Rest for sometime"

She pouted.

I lightly kissed her lips & got up. She sat shocked. I giggled seeing her expression. I opened my overcoat & kept it aside.

I went on the bed & shook her. She came out of her trance & blushed. I laid down & unconsciously a slight moan escaped my lips & hand went to massage my forehead.

"What happened shehensha.." She looked so worried

"Nothing Jodha.. Just feeling a bit tired." I said.

She got up & came back with a small container.

"Whats this" I asked.

"Warm oil.." She said

I looked confused. She sat near me.

"Shehensha.. Keep your head on my lap.. I'll massage your head.. You will feel better"

I smiled at her concern & kept my head on her lap. She massaged my head with her soft hands. It felt so good. I closed my eyes to relish the moment. Her hands really has some magic. I hugged her waist & snuggled my face into her small belly.

After she was done I rested my head on the pillow & tapped the place beside me. But she was not done. She went & started massaging my legs.

"What are you doing Jodha.. You don't have to do all these.. Maids can do it" I pulled my legs back.

"You are my husband.. I have all the right to take care of you and you can't snatch this right from me" she said sternly. I chuckled & she pulled back my legs.

After she was really done.. I cuddled on her tightly. I feel so much peace with her. Peace.. The feeling that I had always craved for.

I caressed her cheeks & then kissed her lips... a little longer. She tastes so yumm... "You are so cute wifey" I said. She blushed. We slept in each other's hug.

Ok... Its been two weeks since I wrote to you. But you know i like spending my free time with Jodha. So i am not able to come here. I have many things to tell you today. She takes care of me in a way as if I am a kid. Our baby will be so lucky.

You know.. when she is in front of others.. She behave so royally maintaining all protocol but when she is with me she doesn't act like that.. She never maintain any formality.. She behaves like a kid in my presence.. Her funny antics, those cute expressions, her silly demands.. I just love them.

Demands.. Hehe she do have capacity to make me do anything she wishes for.

Ok Ok.. You will understand this when I would tell you some of the events of this month...

One day when I went to her room she was looking at me so innocently with a big surgery smile.

"What happened Jodha?" I asked

"Shehensha... I wanna eat mango" she said with a pout.

"What" came my horrified reply. She wants mango in the month of October. God.. If this is happening today, what will her hormones do to me when she will be pregnant. I laughed. She would really make me dance on her little finger. But what to do, even I like to fulfill her weird demands.

"Please..." She made puppy eyes.

"But from where will I bring mangoes now" I said

"Its ok" she said said with a sad smile. I pulled her in a hug.

"Jodha.. Even I want to fulfill all your demands.. but I can't go against nature na.. Please don't be sad" I pleaded.

"Its really ok shehensha" she said raising her head with a smile. I know she was sad & I wanted to cheer her up. I made some plans in my mind.

After spending some time with her, I went to my room & called ammijaan & Abdul. I discussed with them about my plan & even after their protests for my security, I convinced them. They didn't wanted, but had to agree on my powerful arguments.

And the plan.. Me & Jodha would be going out for a stroll.. A secret sneak out... As commoners. I was so excited.

"Jalal.. You really like her. Right" Abdul said.

Ammijaan too supported him "yes... You seem to be changed from the day she came. And I must say, you changed into better"

"Yup.. I like her. She is so sweet, so innocent.." I said not meeting their gaze. For the first time I was feeling shy.

"She is a great girl. Take care of her always my son. I feel like you got what you wanted. You got your home. Sometimes I fear your other begams would hurt her. You will have to protect her son" ammijaan said. She understands me so much. She left after blessing me.

Abdul laughed "Wow buddy, finally you are in love. Now you will also know how a wife makes her husband bow to her wishes. You made so much fun of me. Now let's see how your innocent wife would torture you"

"You know Abdul, inspite of being a rajwanshi, she doesn't even hate me. She takes care of me so much... I feel so blessed to have her in my life" I said

"Inshallah, you both will always be together" he said.

I told Jodha about my plan & she jumped in excitement. I loved these kind of outings but never had any company. None of my begams were interested in luxury less rides. Jodha had told me about how she used to sneak out of palace in commoner's dress to enjoy the fare.

In the evening we got ready in commoner's dress. I went to her room. She was looking so beautiful even in those simple clothes.

We went out of the palace through secret door. We strolled around the market of Agra. It was a beautiful experience.

She bought some colourful glass bangles & was so exited when she was choosing them. I picked up some green & red ones & made her wear them. Then & there she kissed me on my cheek. I stood stunned. She had never been so bold. The lady selling those bangles was blushing & hiding her giggles. I too blushed. I bought the whole collection of bagles for my lady.

Then we went for a boat ride. It was such a romantic environment... full moon, water surrounding us with no other soul near us.. Just the two of us. I stopped the boat in the middle of the lake & sat beside her. She opened her veil & smiled cheerfully. She really doesn't open her veil in front of anyone than me. She looked so beautiful. I hugged her.

"Look shehensha, the moon is looking so beautiful" she chirped.

"Yes... So beautiful" I said still gazing at her. She looked at.

"Moon is there" she pointed towards the sky.

I kissed her cheek "You look at your moon, I am admiring my moon. I bet mine is more beautiful."

She blushed "you are very naughty shehensha"

"Let me show you my naughtiness" I smirked.

"What do you..." Her words came to a halt as my lips landed on hers. I kissed her lightly. She sat silently. I tickled her waist which made her jump in shock. I giggled on her act. She pouted. She looked so... I blushed.

I wanted to be here forever with her... away from the dirty politics of the palace. But that's not possible. We went back to the palace after sometime.

And when we returned to the palace, a plate full of mangoes were ready for my darling. I had sent some soldiers in search of mangoes. 😆 You see even I am becoming crazy. You know when I ordered my guards to bring mangoes, i was like "I don't care from where you all will manage, but I want the work completed till evening." 🤣 I don't know how they found it. And their reaction on my order 🤣 like they had seen some ghost... I really wanted to laugh out loud.

It was in my room. She wasn't aware of it till then. I changed into my royal clothes & ordered one guard to call Jodha. She came after a few minutes. I opened her veil. That is when I noticed her bangles... she was still wearing the glass bangles.

"Why didn't you change your bangles Jodha" I asked confused coz she had changed her dress & other jewellery.

"Coz its a lovely gift from my someone special who is very dear to me" she winked.

Her answer gave me a feeling of bliss. I hugged her. If it would have been some other begam, they wouldn't have even touched the glass bangles. And here MY Jodha is so happy with that. This was the first ever thing I had given to her. She never demands for gold & diamond like others, but just want my love & care.

I kissed her on her forehead & brought the mangoes in front of her.

She was so so so happy to get mangoes. Hehe. She was literally jumping. She started eating one & offered me another. I denied. I wanted her to relish all of them. Licking, biting & moaning, she enjoyed her mango. I felt so jealous of that tiny little fruit. I laughed at myself. The shehensha of hindustan is jealous of a fruit. I kissed her neck. She moaned in pleasure.. I guess 😆 she was enjoying the sweetness of mangoes & me.. sweetness of her skin.

One day I went to Jodha's room & found her arranging her clothes in the cupboard.

"Why are you doing all these Jodha.." I asked confused. She stayed silent. I looked towards Moti for answer.

"Shehensha.. Rukaiya begam withdrew all her maids and Jodha begam is not letting me to do this" Moti answered.

"What the" I gritted. Moti left at my command.

"Its Ok shehensha.. Moti is working from morning.. doing all my works. She must be more than tired. I can atleast do this." Jodha reasoned.

"I want to make an announcement in diwan e khass & I want you there." I said & was about to walk out when she held my hand.

"Wait shehensha.. Please don't take any haste decision." She pleaded.

"Am going to announce you as begam e khass.. Thereby Rukaiya won't be able to mess with you. You will be having equal powers like that of hers." I said.

She replied "no shehensha.. Please don't do that. I don't want any power & positions. I just want your love which am getting. I wanna be your wife.. Not a queen."

I hugged her tightly. Really it felt so good to hear that. I knew she won't budge, so I changed my decision. I allotted her with many maids myself with strict instructions. I issued an order according to which Rukaiya won't have any right to interfere in Jodha's matters. Any issues related to her will directly reach me. In short I made my Jodha safe from Rukaiya.

You know 2 days ago, at night, after diwan e khass, I was missing my dad very much. I went to the garden.. the peaceful environment made me a bit relaxed. I sat under a tree & closed my eyes. I felt something tickling my legs. I opened my eyes & found some rabbits trying to climb me.. 🤣 I picked them on my lap & caressed their silky fur. Really these little cuties can give us so much contentment. I sighed & went to my room after feeding them with some carrots. It was first time after my wedding with Jodha, that I was spending the night alone. Yeah.. It used to happen most of the time before that... But.. Huff. I wanted to be alone for sometime.

And you know what happened in the morning...
I woke up a little late & felt someone's presence there. I opened my eyes on the most unexpected sight... it was Rukaiya... sitting beside me.

"Adab Jalal.. Its been a long time since we had spent some time together. You don't even visit my chamber during night. And you didn't even give me any gifts." She said with a cheesy grin. There she comes... gifts... ufff..

"I was busy Rukaiya" I replied flatly.

"Whatever.." She said and... God.. She started kissing me. What the hell does she think of herself. I pushed her back.. I wanted to shout on her but my voice betrayed me when I saw Jodha standing at the door with the arti thal.

She looked down & silently went from there.
