Jalal just make sure rahim, hassan and hussain sleep then he back to his room and check salim and aram, he see jodha laying on bed, she still look beautiful despited she look very tired, jalal admire her strength, she just giving birth to twins again but she already walking here and there even jalal must asking her to rest couple time when he see she looks tired.
" tired jodha ? " ask jalal

" he ask but no answer, he knock again but still no answer make arjun very worry now, then he try to open the door and it's not lock, he push the door wider and with shock he watching her bed room, it's like someone just in rage and destroy everything, then suddenly someone run to him and arjun really shock looking at mah chucak, her hairs in messs and her eyes look scary
" who are you ? why are you doin here ? " ask mah chucak, she can't recognize arjun.

" that humayun must dead . . . hamida too must dead . . . they all must dead " mah chucak talk to herself making arjun totally in fear.
" you wait here while I bring your medicine " said arjun then he out from bedroom and go to living room, there is small medicine cabinet belong to his employer, he open it and he shock, he then check each bottle and all stil full, that moment he know that she's been stop taking her meds long time a go may be since the last two months, arjun take out his phone and call dr Kelly " helo . . . dr Kelly ? I think we've got problem here " said arjun
" what problem ? everything is ok with mah chucak mam ? "ask dr Kelly
" no she is not alright . . . I'm at her home now and everything in mess now here, and when I come to her room it same and she keep talking to herself to kill humayun and hamida . . . . "
" now arjun I want you to check her meds " told dr Kelly
" I'm checking that now dr kelly and it's still full . . I think she was stop taking her meds around 2 months a go " reply arjun
" oooh lord this is not good . . . listen I'm on my way there make sure she is not go out or it will be dangerous " warn dr kelly
" what's wrong with mah chucak mam ? " ask arjun
" she is suffer from psychotic break, it caused from exreme depression, since she wake up from coma she . . . . . " dr kelly stop talking when she hear arjun groans " arjun . . are you ok ? " ask dr kelly, arjun drop his phone on the ground and there are blood come out from his mouth, a knife stab on his neck, arjun hold his neck and blood come out from his neck too, he fall on the ground on his back, and in horror he see mah chucak standing above him and she looking at him with anger and rage in her eyes, dr kelly in horror listening when mah chucak pull out the knife from arjun's neck and start stabbing him on his chest.
" I know you are humayun's man . . you come here to kill mee right so I shut my mouth up so I couldn't tell everyone about he killing all my family, how dare you to come here and pretent to be arjun . . . when arjun come he will chop you into pieces and jack will make sure your family know that you are dead " mah chucak keep stabbing arjun dead body and make pool of blood around her, dr kelly close her mouth to prevent her from screaming, she never guess that mah chucak will become like this and too bad no on making sure she take the meds, in horror dr kelly listening the stab sound and she feel scred too when she hear mah chuccak smile like crazy, but then everything is silent and she hear someone drop something, dr kelly call police and report what just happening and she is to getting ready, no matter what mah chucak is her patient and she must know what is happening there, in hurry dr kelly change her clothes and she almost run enter her car and leave, she pray that arjun will make it no matter what but dr kelly will find something that beyond her worst nightmare and hope mah chucak never be her patient.
