Jodha health better by each day and when she full recovery she catch up what she need to do before she falls ill, selima's finish the design for prita bread store and jodha busy prepare everything, moti and mirza still don't know if they will have a baby boy or a baby girl so they prepare all clothes for their baby with neutral color, jodha and jalal still need to wait to find out bout their twins sex but they all very happy with whatever they will got, meanwhile selima and abdul enjoying their time as parents and mustafa getting bigger by each day, hassan hussain too now walking here and there, they now can run even not too fast but they keep learning and always excited to learn something new, mot enjoying her time as free legal consultan from home and she is happy with her pregnancy now moti nine month pregnant and mirza start to decrease his time at office, he choose to work from home in case moti in labor anytime, while jodha now seven month pregnant but since she got twins her pregnancy looks bigger than single pregnancy, hamida and juhi taking care jodha and moti since now they are in last trimester pregnancy.
While bobby after his interviewed by amanda almost never see her again, she just call him once that her boss said their interview is enough so no need to shoot another interview and bobby's interview will broadcast at tv channel birthday and they all wii broadcast everything special, bobby feel relieve that he wont need to see her again but bakhsi warn him that this is a small world and they might bump to each other one day and bobby agree with bakhsi words and he just will prepare himself when that time is come, amanda feel sad that she couldn't meet bobby again because sometimes she wish that they can come back together, she can't lie that she still loving him and she know it's a sin but sometimes she pray to God too to let her and bobby back together again.
Everyone in mughal company busy to prepare to new building, they've seen the picture and they are excited, employee who will mov in to apartment complex near mughal new head office ready to pack and they feel happy because they now can walk goin to office, as for employee who had baby they feel happy and feel gratitude to jalal who think to open childcare for employee who had baby but don't have someone to help them taking care their baby now they can bring the baby and checking their baby on lunch, they never imagine jalal could think bout his employee welfare and happiness like this and they pray that God will give him back his good act towards others.
That saturday morning jodha, moti, selima, bakhsi are gather in moti's nursery room, they help moti to prepare everything for her labor, she is nine months pregnant now and can in labor anytime and mirza worry bout that everyday.
" so moti are you ready to be a ammijan ? " ask selima
" to be a parents I'm soo ready but to giving birth ti this little one hmm I'm kinda scare " said moti while she caress her baby bumps.
" don't worry moti you will be just alright because you are very strong " reply bakhsi
" yes moti don't be worry you will be just ok . . . you are strong and healthy just like a bull " tease jodha

" bakhsi call mirza quick " order selima and bakhsi run out from nursery and calling mirza in panic.

" come on man . . you go and check moti while I will ask pilot to prepare helicopther " said bobby and then mirza leave to check his wife, moti on the way to living room and meet mirza in between.

Mirza with nervous watching moti who got increase contraction, nurse try to make her calm and relax while mirza hold her hands, they all waiting dr anil who just finish perform surgery.
" where is the damn hell dr anil . . my wife in pain " said mirza with angry and panic, nurse just smile to him

" yes mira it's hurt like hell and next time you are the one who will get pregnant . . . shitt . . ahhh " dr anil smile watching mirza and moti bantering, it's like the same when selima giving birth and abdul making everyone smile with his panic, but these couple make everything chaos.
" oh now . . . I want you to take a deep breath and when I said push you push will all your strength " said dr anil and moti nod " ok . . . now take a deep breath . . then release " moti doin what dr anil say and then she feel very power and pain contraction that she feel her womb slash.
" aaahhh " moti screams
" ok push now . . push " order dr anil
" oouughhh ahhh " moti try to push as hard as she can " ouuughh this is sooo hurt . . you all fire . . damn fireee " she said between push and pain.
Mirza keep holding her hands and he wipe sweats on her forehead " come on baby you can do this . . . push . . " mirza give her support.
" keep push . . push . . push . . push . . . . " told dr anil and he start to see the baby top of head " I see the top of head . . come on . . take a breath again then push hard " he told moti
" come on baby . . . breath . . " said mirza, moti hold his hands " now push . . push . . . pushhh " he hold moti hand and give her his strength
" aaarrrhhh " moti pushing as hard as she can
" ok . . ok . . good the baby's head out now . . . now I want to take breath again push . . if the baby shoulder already out it will easy for me to help you pull him out " said dr anil and moti looking at mirza and he nod.
Moti start to taka breath again and pushing hard " oooughhh aahhh "
" that's good . . keep pushing . . push . . push .. ooughh the shoulder out now " dr anil then hold the baby with gentle and whil moti keep pushing he help to pull the baby out, the moment moti and mirza hear a baby crying they freeze, finally their baby born, dr anil smile to mirza and moti " congratulation . . it's a boy . . very healthy big baby boy " said dr anil
" oohh my God . . it's a boy moti . . we have a son " reply mirza with amaze
" come mirza and you can cut the baby's placenta " tell dr anil, mirza come to him and as much as he feel shock to see his son still cover with bloods but he really happy then he cut the placenta, after that nurse take the baby and she clean him, mirza back to moti's side and kiss her forehead.
" it's a boy moti . . . thank you " he said while looking at her with love.
Moti with teary eyes looking at mirza and smile " yes mirza . . thank God he is bron with safe and healthy " she said, then nurse come and put the baby on moti's chest, mirza kiss the baby'e head with gentle, tears fall on his cheeks looking at his son, moti too crying because happiness " oooh mirza look how adorable our son " said moti then moti caress again the baby's head with gentle and love, after few moment they are just hypnotize by the unbearable happiness, then mirza ask nurse to let him carry his son and with gentle mirza carry his son on his arms.
" nurse can you let know my family that my son born . . I want my son grandmothers bless him for the first time " ask mirza, nurse nod then she leave to call mughal family.
Jalal, jodha, hamida, juhi, bakhsi, bobby, selima, bobby and kids waiting in lounge and they really curious what's wrong in delivery room, they can hear moti screams and yell and they can't hold back their laugh becayse they are not expect less from moti, she definitely will make chaos when she in labor, then a nurse come to them and all stand up and waiting for what new the nurse bring.
" the baby just born . . it's a baby boy . . mother and baby are safe and healthy " announce nurse
" ooh thank God . . . . " said hamida and juhi in the same time, they really relieve now that moti and baby are safe.
" what happened in there nurse . .we've heard lots of yell and screams ? " ask bobby
Nurse smile and chuckled " well it's nothing really .. it's common for woman to screams when they were in labor " reply nurse
" yes but we hear she curse too " said bakhsi in amusement
" hahaha well it's quite interesting inside . . but mr mirza ask the grandmothers to see the baby and give bless to him " reply nurse, then they all following nurse, they wait in front of the door and nurse enter and not too long mirza come with his son on his arms, he stand on the door and ask hamida and juhi to bless him.
Hamida and juhi with amaze looking at the cute and handsome baby on mirza arms and everyone come to see him too " ammijan . . mother . .please bless my son . . his name is Tariq " said mirza with proud, hamida kiss tarid forehead then she close her eyes and pray for him, juhi doin the same.
" he is very adorable mirza " said juhi, it's amazing that she is a grandmother now
" yes juhi you are right . . . tariq really handsome . . you can see he is the mix from his ammijan and abbujan " praise hamida, jalal very happy that finally his brother have his own family, mirza looking at jalal and both know how mirza feel now.
" ok now I must take tariq . . nurse will take moti to her room in hours . . see all you there " reply mirza and then he back inside and others leave too.
