My Ladies, I just felt like writing so hope you all like this summary:

Akbar in Crisis: Beware of the praises of men!

He that is greatest among you shall be your servant. And whosever shall exalt himself shall be abased, and he that shall humble himself shall be exalted.

It all started with a wolf in sheep clothes' who has now become close to Akbar with a motive to stir up the ego and pride in Akbar that he is like God to his subjects here on earth. As the praises filled his ears the appealing nature of it entered into his innermost being and the desire to be God started taking root in his heart till his actions begun to align with his heart's desire.

His loyal minsters who sees the end result of such praises, thoughts and actions could only lead to the destruction put forward arguments to dissuade Akbar of allowing such praises or saying to cloudy his heart and conceive actions that may lead him into the wrong direction but alas the seed has already started growing.

Could a man who has been raised in the fear of God, worshiped him, be blessed by him start disbelieving in God all of a sudden and believing all he has now was by his own hard work?

As Akbar boast "I have wealth, love, heir, everything; I don't think I need anything from God" (well you failed to add health and life which is definitely not in the domain of any man great or small, slave or free, wealthy or poor!)

How could a great and intelligent King find himself in such a situation? Well that could happen and only when the self of man wins over the spirit of man or when a man's physical world (what we see) overcomes his spirit world (what we can't see). "The spirit of man is the lamp of the Lord searching all his innermost being"

At this point in Akbar's life he has put of "his lamp" which connects his innermost being to his God and until he is able to overcome this battle within him destruction will loom over all his decisions which may affect his loves ones, his subjects, who he wish to be God to and give them everything they need.

I am amazed of the conspiracy that Akbar's enemies have developed right under his nose to dethrone him this time around; well it is a well calculated (He has the support of the people, other religious groups, ethnic groups in various parts of the Kingdom and the support of his loyal able ministers and family. Where could they possible attack that could turn all the above against him from every angle, even within his household) plan and before he will understand this attack on his relationship with his God that has brought him prosperity, peace on all side, health and love hope it is not too late to make amends. "Strike the shepherd and the sheep will scattered"

How will Akbar come out of this conspiracy?

Who is the close one that might harm Akbar? Jodha, Salim, Rukaiya, Shah Miraz Hakim ...

Can Jodha overcome her own pride and anger for what Akbar has become and be able to "stand by his side" in his spiritual weakness?

Well as expected Akbar's God is still faithful to him and though Akbar have moved far from Him now he has a vessel that he could caution about the coming doom Akbar has brought on himself based on his own actions. May he give strength to that vessel then and use it to bring His son back to his bosom.

Ela, so nice to see a post from you after such a long time. Totally agree with your view. I enjoyed reading your incisive post. It brought back many memories. I myself have not watched a full episode of episode of Jodha Akbar since the leap. Yesterday was the first time this year and the focus on Jodha Akbar and especially Akbar forced me to break the rule.

Today too the episode was engrossing. The performance of Rajat in itself a good enough reason to start watching again. The focus is firmly back on our leads.

I myself will make a separate thread on this because I believe that the serial needs our support like never before, especially since it is now moving on the right path.

Ela wow u made thread 🤗 track is gng in same way lik Abhay said in post... Jalal keepin sword n maan tries to save him but he pushes him ... I want maan innocence to b proven... Want fiery Jodha but I Dnt think it will happen bcz she has to support jalal lik pandit said..so she can only suggest him can't go against him... Track is interstin Ela even maan strtd investigation n I guess lik historically here also maan wil knwi abt shah and Mirza plot.and today jalal food responsibilty was given to ruk.i think food poisioning or smethng lik that hapoens..she shid only eat first n die to let us in peace...
