I'm confused who the real 'Superstar' is. You or Rajini.
- shudder - yes I shuddered thinking of Jalal's wild days when Jodha had to take a short hilted dagger to bed with her.
- I mean what I say and say what I mean, mind it - Yes he did marry Jodha and nobody really minded except Jodha.
-Good but not overdoing it - The Sukanya track he was very good I thought. The most like Rajini. Allowing Jodha to think she had the upper hand and knowing it did no harm to indulge her but rather made him feel every inch a man. Completely cool.
-The Grand Finale Entry - For me it's the Atifa track end. By now, Jodha was past being needed to be saved. Now it was time to watch admiringly as her Jalal saved the day. The denouement in the final scene - she just watched him explain what she already knew. It fell into place a few seconds before he spoke the plot. A rare moment when minds met dramatically in the DEK.
-The Way Less Travelled - Jalal has travelled it and you Magal also have travelled it often in your threads. Always searching for the other perspective and finding a way that was more pleasant and clever.
The singing Jallu/Rajini
-Walking like a Lion - and found his Lioness.
-Message through the Eyes- you chose the Angoori Bhaag scene...but I think their eyes met constantly,instantly and intensely after later scenes like after the Mirchi War, after Atifa finale,the Takht burning scene.
-The Song of Grief - I can't get past the loss of the first twin scenes. May have been the most intimate in many ways. He was the one person who could get through to her.
-The Style- Jalal and Rajini know exactly what Style means. It means unique. It means playing to your strengths while owning your weaknesses. It means being totally comfortable in your own skin. They know they make an impression with the ladies. But it's always the side-effect, not the main event.
-Moaning and gasping and losing - This is one moment when Jalal loses his compass and Jodha steps in to right his course. Not that she succeeds. Because the remedy is the problem. Poor Jalal was lost for a while there.
-Dancing for Jalal - In the end, Jodha only dances for him. She knows he's around, behind a pillar, lost in a bevy of dancing girls,imagining like she imagines him...in every case, dance involves him else it's not complete, not for Jodha.
Well Magal, Jalal and Rajini and You. Hard to choose.
