How to salvage the JA mess?

JA is going down so much that nowadays so much that loyal viewers also do not watch it anymore

this mess has no solution now... it will only get deeper...more and more low of JA

i think the only way out is to punish ruq
audience are waiting for her exposure and punishement

more than jalal punsihennt (horrible though ) ruk drugging salim n poisoning his mind is too much disgusting to watch... Feel lik strangling her

jalal just wanted salim to be a bit responsible that is all

Everything is now over of JA. Specially never find any positivity in JA by mistake. I laughed to read in wu the dialogue of jalal he is in ga ga land that his son loves him but slight less than his(salim) love for jodha. The boy cann't stand straightly before his father in frightening n here father is thinking his son loves him a lot of!

U have written the same thing which is coming in every viewers mind. Some are seeing with patiently that is why jodha akbar is at 6, we have lost expectation, but if CVs fail in their expectation also, then its rank will fall more.

The last one week is pathetic since Salim left for some budi dadi house - this track is an unbelievable crap with a crown prince a son so wanted by Akbar sent to cook, sweep, mop at age of 7-8 years to learn about life?

Any small 5 year old child knows a king shall never give such a big punishment to a son Akbar loved and adored so much at that small age for lying and running off scene. More than Salim Akbar should be punished for creating fear psychosis in his son's mind. Did Humayun bring up Akbar like that or Bairam Khan? No Akbar would do whatever not bothered about father foster father. So why has he created this fear psychosis in Salim mind? So although Akbar should punish Salim this punishment is too harsh and illogical for a crown prince. Second Akbar himself is responsible for Salim lying so again viewer cannot really feel any greatness in Akbar's punishment. Thirdly Akbar himself was no great saintly king till 35 years of age for him to accept Salim to be prim and proper at 8 years. Hence this track sounds highly unbelievable to average viewer and they cannot connect to it. All sympathy is with Salim as they feel the punishment is to satisfy an emperor ego and show to world he is a great judge. While citizens in agra do not agree with Akbar how shall viewers?

So this is what I feel can salvage the show

1) Stop Ruq giving cocaine or whatever to Salim, let her get caught for once and punished if not publicly atleast privately

2) Let Salim come back and start his studies and practice- I mean such good episodes can be shown of gurukul(remember mahabharat)

3) Show Salim more with brothers and friends than with anarkali - I mean majority viewers have seen Mughal e azam and know Salim met her when he was adult not as child. So send anar away somewhere and get her back once he is adult

4) Show jodha-akbar and salim bonding I mean how much Akbar loved his sheiku baba and hardly any bonding between them

5) Show salim bonding with hamida too

6) Do not jump to leap for another 6 months atleast keep it kid phase and give prominence to jodha Akbar and salim not to salim and anarkali

You have very good suggestions, but when it comes to JA CV's brains it works the other way.

To start with focus on quality - I incidentally watched a part of the episode...dek session with AK parents...that Rashid fellow said " hum aapki wafadari khudmat ke saath karenge" shouldn't it be other way round...with so many leaps the story feels disconnected...and all the things some viwers wanted to see - ruk sideling...salim birth...Fatehpur Sikri...jo js taking trios together...jalss political accomplishments - time for them is gone. Ab toh the only hope is full on nr with well executed SA ...nothing much is left to show on Jo ja front
