hugging u back🤗thank u so much behena...😳 of course, his love is still there and in the same passion..but he lost the faith in everything..even in himself.

Thanks for creating a post ... today I found Jodha-Jalal together in their pain traveling in their own ways. Here is my take:

I felt today's episode was like the churning the ocean ... And Jodha and Jalal were this same ocean except Jodha looked like the calm waters on the surface but was churning inside, while Jalal was churning on the outside for all to see.

u said it perfectly...they both r at the same state but expressing differently.

Some may know of the churning of the ocean in Hindu mythology ... But the churning process was a painful one and exposed the world to many evils including a destructive poison ... But in the end, a Divine nectar emerged. Now, I am not sure what will emerge from the CVs after this journey, but I am hoping for the best.

I see a lot of potentials in this new angle of JA, Divi...I dont know why...I am actually liking it.

The most poignant moment today for me during the soul talk when Jodha says that there was nothing left to bond us ... And it is interesting, that I had always felt that it was the Divine connect that bonded Jodha and Jalal ...and that is exactly what Jalal had lost in yesterday's episode. And yesterday I had commented that till he found back his faith in God, he will not find Faith in himself, Love, or Jodha.

exactly..they always had the divine bond and Jalal just lost the faith in God...he has to come out of all this only then he will be able to show faith again..once his faith in God comes back, rest ill follow.

With Jalal's loss in faith in God ... he lost the fabric of himself ... I do not even think this was the Jalal of last year, as the Jalal of last year had a faith in God.

good point...the old cruel Jalal was spiritual...this Jalal is not..this Jalal has nothing to feel at peace.

And I hope the CVs now show his journey to re-discovering his Faith in God, his destiny, and his Love, Jodha. As well as showing Jodha a path to recovery ... and with her fire in the last scene, it was clear she had not lost the fabric of her life.

Jodha got hold herself soon and is very calm at this moment..I am proud of her that she understood where is Jalal coming from..she is doing exactly what she supposed to do...the last tilak scene was evident that she is still the fiery princess and a Mughal Begum who wont let her Shehenshah do something bad.

It may have seemed that Jalal was pitted against Jodha today ... but they were traveling the same pain in different ways. The blame that was in Jalal's lips was the guild in Jodha's heart. The sadness and tears in Jodha's eyes, was the blood weeping in Jalal's heart.

oh beautiful!

Jodha-Jalal are the same ocean ... one looks to be the still water on the surface, the other the churning ocean destructing everything in its path. But hopefully, this churning will cleanse and strengthen their hearts and become the start of the spiritual journey of Jodha and Jalal.
it will...let the time pass...let him cool down...let Jodha get back her Jalal...let him bring out his pain...let her sooth his heart.

thank u Sunny🤗
I knew u will love the episode...😳so did I...and after a long time I felt the passion which I used to feel when JA started...and u r so right..this love story is written in shamsher ki dhaar...this had to happen...JJ both r at pain...but their expression of showing pain is different...one is silently crying and other's heart is bleeding..Jodha being true to her nature has accepted Almighty's decision...Jalal also is being true to his nature rejecting to accept the decision and burning everything...like Divya says Jodha is the calm surface water and Jalal is the churning water..but they r the same ocean..in this 22 yrs old life what not Jalal endured? and this time it was his sons! this reaction is very much normal.
this is temporary...Jalal will be back being loving once his heart heart heals...lets give him the time..waise, I see a lot potentials in this track..I am feeling old passion all over again.

Haven't we seen how soldiers today behave when they're back from Afghanistan? From Iraq? From Kashmir?

This despite the fact that they are not fighting their own loved ones - their own families! They are fighting supposed 'enemies' Yet, the atrocities of death that they see on a daily basis leaves them scarred. Scarred for life - PTSD this is called!

Many such soldiers take months if not years to become the 'old' family men they used to be and to get merged back with their wives like one. For whatever reasons, they shut themselves out, blame themselves, blame others, blame life, hate everything, have nightmares - the list is endless.
Man is not hard-wired to be murderer at morning and be a happy caring family man at night. There are very few who can carry such a role forever without breaking down!
Today, Jalal reached his breaking point!

Here, Jalal is facing treachery after treachery from his own.

Just when he thought he was done with his cousin sister's treachery
he faced step mother MC
That hasn't been resolved yet and he fought adopted brother Adham
That came after the assassination of Atgah his guardian-father
Following that his beloved Badi Ammijaan died - but not without cursing his sons first
Plus, Ruqaiyya has always been so undependable!
Now treachery took away his sons too.

While Jodha has had the unimaginable tragedy of dealing with the last one - Jalal has the combined tragedy of dealing with TOO much one after another.

I think this is why Jodha has understood him now - she's understood how it feels to be cheated by one's own family. And how much it must pain. (I sincerely hope Jodha never forgives Ruqaiyya after this - and nor does Jalal!)

If Jodha takes time off to grieve, her life stops functioning. Mothi Bai's life stops. Some of the harem-life stops.
If Jalal takes time and shuts himself, the Sultanat stops functioning.

Also, I don't see how Jalal could have done the Chittor atrocities at morning and managed to meet eyes with Jodha at night - she reminds him of everything beautiful in life. Everything calm. Everything sweet.
Now, Jalal doesn't want to see the beauty in life. He is not calm. He can't be sweet. There has to be a brief separation. Like Shiva taking on another Roop whenever he had to face/defeat the demons! A roop that even Shakthi couldn't tolerate.

His 'blaming' Jodha or whatever everyone seems to think was a reckless outburst. Which I am sure he is the LAST ONE TO BELIEVE. If he can't be of support to her now, it's better he's away from her so he doesn't hurt her with words he does not mean.
She will/has understood him because she has seen him suffer so much for months and months on end - one after another! Thankfully, in Jodha's own household the worst treachery that she has faced is restricted upto Sujamal's case and even that they've shown resolved amicably so far (for whatever reason) I guess that's why she's able to face such adversity better. She hasn't been so scarred by loved ones! She's had a better bringing-up and a better foundation in life - so, her belief in 'the beauty' of life is still intact. His has totally been shattered for now

Repeated treachery from people you consider your own does that to people!

Beautiful write up Shraddha. 👏👏👏 Whatever you wrote abt Jalal's breaking point these are exactly my thoughts too which I posted here. But I couldn't express it so beautiful as you did.😳

So apt and well said..I too think that after the chittor massacre things will be back to normal between the two as a marshmellow cannot be shown doing massacre of chittor it has to be a heartless person doing it...after this I think it will be path of spirituality and then salim with rest of history said on a VO...but tamy thank god jodha is not pregnant otherwise we would have missed a third sr before salim...lol

thank u so much Mandy😃
this Jalal had to be back someday..and it is the apt time..and everyone knows their love story is written in blood...toh humesha sab kuch happy nahi rehsakta..
iss waqt its better to let him be...he will calm down on his own.
he is running away from pain..when he will feel tired of running, he will come back to his love Jodha.
then the spiritual journey of them will begin...
and for Chittor massacre the mushy Jalal would have never done it...to conquer subcontinents the cruel Jalal had to return.
third SR? I am already blushing☺️

Yes, I too think that the 'surma' under his eyes was overdone to bring the angry young man look .

Charu .

very good point Charu.
he will realize brutality cant be a way to take revenge what happened to him.
darkness can never remove darkness...only light can.
this massacre will never give him the very peace he is looking for...he will realize that.
