Hello,
Today's episode was one of the best I've seen so far. Not just in JA, but probably all the shows that I've seen, and though that's not an extensive reportoire, they've made me think from time to time. Let me explain why,
Today's episode was dedicated to human frailties. Despite all those armours of steel we dawn, inside we are all a bundle of emotions, with some of the stronger ones taking longer to repair post a crack. You could see that in Jalaal, King of kings sitting in the floor having lost all, uncaring, and perhaps his lament to Hamida about taqdeer (Shaggy's Niyati's equal cruel twin sister.)
And, in the moments of fear, it's our animal instincts that come to the fore, witness that in Ruqaiyya, when Jalaal asks her to let Hussain with Jodha for some time, she looked crazed for a moment. Anyone, who's had a pet at house will relate to what I am saying, when your most adorable Pomeranian turns into a dragon when she sees you within a mile's radius of her pups.
And then there's Jodha, heart broken and crestfallen, nothing can bring her to a semblance of sanity save her child, not even Kanha, her support through thick and thin, perhaps her husband, but not yet.
