Hello

So the kids are fine. For now.

Well, the first scene basically had Ruqaiyya do what most corporate bosses do. Take all the credit. 😆

Now that Javeda won't be around, we have her replacement, Birbal's wife. And she has lip colours, real diva this one.😆

So the shraap scores are as follows:

Niyati - 1

Shagunibai - 0

Which led to Shagunibai sledging in a way that would make Oz players run to their mommas. 😆

Moti and Hoshiyaar were given the task of distributing specially packed Santoor soaps to all the harem maids, to which one maid said she would want a special gift from Jodha beghum, shower gel. 😆

Jalaal was so happy and confident about his children, I wish he had heard Shagunibai's Niyati talks.

So Ambe Ma's Mandir got a new statue! Kuch to kaam kiya Tejwant ne...😆

So if suicide is a crime huccome was Jauhar allowed then? 😕

The Akdha scenes were cute, though.

Very Nice post...I so agree with you..👍🏼

But not one thing...Jauhar and Suicide appear similar, yet both are different things..Don't weigh them on similar lines buddy..😊

Shaguni Bai could give Prof.Trelawny real stiff competition, these three days. Dumbledore would have been compelled to give her a post for divinition.

And aatmahatya is paap for sure, but Jo explains that it is a step taken in extreme vivashtha, so that explains her own suicide attempt.

Jauhar/poison drinking...well all this has been glorified just like sati once was. All the male dominated overpowering over women tactics... fill the women's brains with such an unshakeable faith that without their men, death is their only option and thus sub-consciously making them subservient. I preferred the spirit of the mirchi war, just for this aspect.

And Birbal and his wife...weren't Maham and Javeda better. Kam se kam those scenes used to give me the satisfaction of Maham's incapacity and utter majboori in the hands of her dil. Why does Birbal sound so serious? No facial nuance that could make you laugh. Of course he needn't be loud or farcial. But wit should be accompanied with appropriate expressions.😕
