Shreya, only Jodha was privy to his statement of leaving Badshahat - so my take is to discount it - he was not being weak - he had withdrawn into himself - as for thinking of anyone - he is as of now coming to terms with his own 2 sides of the Jallad Jalal and the Compassionate Akbar - he is coming to terms with the fact that both are there within him - let him get a grip on this - he had thought that the Jallad Jalal no longer existed and only Compassionate Akbar did - and no he would not have left anything - agar yehi karna tha toh he would have made a song and dance about it to others - he did not - he was thinking aloud to himself and Jodha was just his sounding board
