you know what broke Jalal? his doodh maa's baddua for his own blood, his children...he was in the state of disbelief that how a mother can curse her son's unborn children?? how much it affected Jalal we saw it..initially he stood before tarazu, but those curse words kept playing on his mind on loop, unable to decipher how could she?! he couldnt fathom it...he shouted at the messenger, at Ruqaiyya, coz he completely was not in a state to talk with people...Jalal was shaken up to the core...then he figured out it was all throne play...every person he loved, thought to be his near n dear ones, back-stabbed him for this bloody takht! either they tried to assassin him by themselves in open or they pretended to be his well-wisher and attacked from back...now he doesnt want to get back-stabbed again, he doesnt want to stay alone, he doesnt want to suffer any more heart-breaks, he doesnt want to endure more pain, he is tired, simply tired..he wants to lead a life with the rest of his loved ones peacefully.
I've no words to express the beauty of JJ scene...Jodha held Jalal the very moment he broke down...the few honest lines straight from her, soothed him so much so that he fell asleep in her arms! those words gave him the very solace he was yearning for, she took him in her arms, tried to sooth his torn soul, gave the love, care he needed, and he fell asleep right there in her arms, as if a baby was tired of running, looking for a place to rest and to have some peace..he got it in her...how beautiful it was??
"maa-baap, santan, chahe koi saath de ya naa de, parantu Jodha aapne Shehenshah ke saath sadaa rahegi"❤️
u said it right...it was an iconic scene of JJ..I will cherish it till the end.
the scene reminded me this beautiful song-
Kaise mujhe tum mil gayi, kismat pe aaye na yakin
Utar aayi jheel mein, jaise chaand utarata hai kabhi
Haule haule, dheere se
Gunguni dhup ki tarah se tarnnum main tum
Chhuke mujhe guzri ho yu
Dekhu tumhe, ya main sunu
Tum ho sukun, tum ho junoon
Kyu pehle na aayi tum
Kaise mujhe tum mil gayi, kismat pe aaye na yakin
Regarding Maham, the less said the better...this evil lady doesnt deserve any words from me! she was never Jalal's mother! coz a mother can never curse her child!!! I am simply upset with CVs for highlighting the curse thing again n again so that when twins die, audience can say they died coz of Maham's curse! this was never the truth..in fact, no curse can take away anyone's life! what u do, u will get exactly that..Maham killed Jalal's unborns so she got it back by losing Adham..so technically her curse shouldnt make sense at all! I wish I could undo the curse thing..this was disgraceful.
I absolutely loved how Jodha confronted Maham and gave back to her...she was dignified and a true Mughal Begum.
JJ scene was so heavenly that Maham's cringe-worthy screen space couldnt wipe off the magic...a new chapter has just opened in JJ's life.
precap- Ruqaiyya's see-saw nature comes to play!
