Friends, as many of us expected the episode yesterday was all about the promo that we've been shown all of last week.

Predominantly it was about how alone Jalal felt, when one by one, his own immediate family proved to be the most treacherous lot of all, and how he then blamed his throne and his crown for isolating him and leaving him alone at the top, an embittered and lonely man ... and then how Jodha came to his rescue by embracing him and caressing away his deep pain and saying some of the sweetest words that any man would want to hear from his dearest wife.

The scene was beautiful ... and I guess it will go down as an iconic scene in the relationship of Jodha and Jalal, simply because Jalal has reached a climactic point in his life when all the power and position he has acquired feels as dust in his mouth and he stands disillusioned and deserted by close family on whom he had placed such faith. Like all men, in a moment of feeling utterly destitute, he looks for a scapegoat for the position he finds himself in ... and the takht that looms before his eyes becomes a symbol of all that's wrong in his life. Jalal then grabs the nearest mashaal in the room to set fire to the takht!

Jodha who is standing by, sensing that his uncontrollable rage has turned to desperate self-pity, tries to douse the flames, but in vain. Then realising that it was more important to stop Jalal from burning his own inner heart, she embraces him, cuddles him and caresses away his pain as best as she can. She then tells him "You have me! With or without the takht and taaj I am always yours till I die. I want you and not your power. Nothing will happen to us or our children. I love you for yourself. This Jodha will always be with her Shahenshah. You will never be alone as long as I live." Still holding Jalal in her arms like a baby she looks heavenward and prays "Kanha, I pray to you to give the Shahenshah strength for he is broken badly by this bad dua of Maham!"

Before this exquisite scene takes place however, we have the episode beginning with Maham's diatribe to Jalal which turns from sorrow over her son's death to an open accusation of him as a Shahenshah with dubious standards of insaaf. Maham is so irate that she demands "an eye for an eye, a child for a child" as insaaf from Jalal ... and swears by everything holy that he too would see his children dead and mourn them if her prayers to God were true and granted.

There is also a third scene where Jodha meets Maham in jail and has to hear more invectives from Maham, who tells "Jalal brought you here, but you don't belong here, you never will be a Mughal, and I don't talk to gair auraths. So get out of here!" She swears Jodha and Jalal will die without progeny and says the dynasty will end with them. Jodha swears back that she will give the Sultanate its waaris and continue the line. This scene is pretty powerful too - for Maham is at her scornful best, but Jodha with her steely voice outspeaks her!

These three scenes seemed to swallow up the whole episode, and the dialogues in all three of them are quite sensational. The actors delivered their lines so beautifully and with so much fervour that it almost felt like I was in there with them in the scenes, hearing it all first-hand. For my analysis however, I thought I would choose the one scene that affected me most and so here it is ...

Jalal blames the takht for his loneliness, but Jodha shows him she's there for him!

Jalal is in the room where the takht is ... and he's drinking heavily to hide from his deep inner pain. Relentlessly the flashbacks of all his family members scheming and plotting his downfall come before his eyes. He cannot seem to run away from the nightmarish quality of these flashbacks because the people he sees in them are the ones he most trusted and found out to be the most treacherous. He smashes the glass of liquor in his hand to the ground and looks for the reason for all that has happened to make him the loneliest man on earth.

His eyes fall on the throne beside him and he says "All this has happened because of you. Every time I find that because of you my hands get covered in the blood of my own family! Every time I find that my own people stand against me, and that too is all because of you! You first took away my Khan Baba from me. Then you took away my BadiAmmi. And now you have taken away my Atga Sahib from me. You have taken away from my life a "sahara" I depended upon. Now I no longer want you in front of my eyes."

And with that Jalal rises to find the nearest mashaal on the wall and poises himself to set alight the throne. Jodha comes in running to find him intent on burning the takht and she screams "Shahenshah, what are you doing?" but it's too late for he has dropped the mashaal on the throne and its upholstery has started burning. "This is such a huge apmaan to the Mughal Sultanate" Jodha stammers, as she sees the flames lick the throne. She looks around for a way to douse the flames and finds a nearby potted plant. Quickly uprooting the plant she pours the mud from the pot over the burning takht but to no avail. Jalal meanwhile is pacing up and down in a frenzy registering what she is trying to do.

"Don' even try to douse these flames, Jodha begum" he shouts at her, "let this dratted thing burn. Look at it and see what the burning inside my heart feels like. Everybody thinks this is my power, but this is actually the biggest bad dua of my life. This is my greatest liability. This takht has removed everybody from my life that I loved. And it has only left around me those who are greedy for and craving this power. This takht had even made my Khan Baba, who made me first sit on it, to turn against me. Mahchuchak, whose son I am, now wants to kill me for this takht. My brothers in law Abul Mali and Sharif are ranged against me from greed for this takht. And to add to everything this takht has now taken away my Atga Sahib from me." Jodha, with tear-filled eyes cannot help but be moved by Jalal's depth of feeling and desolation.

Jalal continues to scream "I have decided Jodha Begum, to get rid of this takht. Now neither this takht nor the crown on my head will remain. I give them up. I cannot bear anymore this hatred and this bad dua that flows at me daily from the very people I care for. I don't want this "badshaahat". This is not a takht, this is the shaitan personified. It has taken all belief in God from me, it has taken away my people, it has poisoned every relationship I cherished ... it has left me feeling all alone and deserted, Jodha Begum." Jalal's voice cracks and he starts weeping.

"My people have all either died or gone far away from me because of this takht. Look at me. I am unable to believe that my own BadiAmmi, whom I respected as a mother more than anyone else, has now given my aulad a bad dua. It is again all due to this takht. My doodh bhai, Adham, whose hand I held and led him as a kid, wanted to kill me for this takht. I just don't want this takht, Jodha Begum. All because of it, the person whose doodh ka karz I wanted to repay has repaid me with bad dua to my unborn children." Jalal breaks down so visibly that Jodha looks shattered for a moment.

She then steels herself and goes close to him to touch him and hold his hand. She says to him "be brave Shahenshah. Nothing will happen to us. Not to you or me or our children. Mahamanga is like your mother, and mothers never give curses upon their children. She has not cursed you."

Jalal is unready to accept this "No Jodha Begum, she has cursed me" he says over and over again and cries bitterly. He then just sinks to the ground at Jodha's feet saying "It's all due to this takht. I don't want all this anymore. I don't want this loneliness anymore."

Jodha sits down herself beside him and focuses her eyes on him as if to wake the dormant brave soul inside him. "That is not true, Shahenshah" she says. "Look at me ... I said look at me". She turns his face with her hands, forcing him to look at her eyes. "Know this, the relationship between you and me is not because of this throne. I am forever yours, with or without your throne. Our life together, and especially our new life, is something I want to share with you. Let the greatest hurricanes blow over us, but our lives will never be snuffed by that. I am in love with you, Shahenshah."

Jalal, ensconced in her arms, is beginning to feel hope again as he hears her and he then touches her face as if it gives him succour. She continues "That's why, whether or not we have this throne, your crown or your power, this Jodha will always live with her Shahenshah. Let even death touch us, I will not be afraid to embrace it so long as I live and die with you. You are never alone Shahenshah because Jodha has always been and will always be with you." Jalal nods his agreement with grateful eyes, and Jodha hugs him closer to herself with all the feeling at her command.

"Even the worst of wounds heals with time" Jodha adds as she hugs Jalal even tighter to herself And then she looks heavenwards and prays "Hey Kanha, Mahamanga's bad dua has hurt the Shahenshah a lot. Please give him strength." Jalal closes his eyes and leans heavily against Jodha's chest, feeling the soothing quality of her prayer to Kanha. Jodha also closes her eyes and rests her cheek upon his head. Together they look like couple that has been thorough fire - literally - and come out safe on the other side.

Isn't is one of life's cruellest ironies that the more successful, the more powerful, the more achieved you are, the more lonely and isolated you become? And isn't it also true that you don't notice your loneliness and you always keep it suppressed till one day there is some small trigger that lets it all pour out and you are yourself staggered by exactly how deeply lonely you are? And again isn't it also true that when you most feel disappointed with others is when you realise the greatest disappointment in your life is not them but you?

I thought yesterday that Jalal's dialogues of disappointment and his anger on the takht showed all three of the points I have noted above regarding isolation and loneliness and the top and the objects of disappointment in his life.

Yes it was true that he was lonely because there is loneliness always at the top of any sphere of life, more so for a King, who constantly remains in fear of being unseated by those closest to him.
There's a very beautiful quotation by Jodi Picoult in the book "My Sister's Keeper" that says ""Let me tell you this: if you meet a loner, no matter what they tell you, it's not because they enjoy solitude. It's because they have tried to blend into the world before, and people continue to disappoint them." No doubt this quotation fits Jalal perfectly for the loneliness he felt was not because of a love of solitude but because of his disappointments in the people he trusted to be with him and for him always.
And yes, Jalal had suppressed all his disappointments in people over many years and that one trigger of Maham giving a bad dua to his unborn children seemed to open the Pandora's box and let out everything that was festering in him as disappointment in people.
I thought it was simply sensational the way Jalal articulated his loneliness to himself first and then to Jodha. I don't know how many of you noticed that when Jalal talked to himself about his loneliness it was slightly different from the way he then talked to Jodha about the same loneliness. When he was talking to himself Jalal seemed to be talking of the symptoms of his loneliness ... what all his loneliness was leading him to feel. But later after Jodha came in there to listen to what he was saying his true sense of unhappiness seemed to find voice. He then expressed what was really hurting him the most - the bad dua from Maham for his aulad! The fact that strikes me about Jalal in pain yesterday is that this bad dua from Maham had hurt him so badly that it triggered in him a need to let out all many other hurts that had hurt him in the past. It was as if the bad dua had opened the lid of his heart and everything that was disappointing, disturbing, disillusioning in his life came tumbling out. In Jalal's case it looked like he needed to physically burn the takht in order to feel complete as if he has symbolically burnt away the bad feelings inside himself that had festered away for years and years.
And again, yes ... he was more disappointed in himself than he was with others. If he could blame others he wouldn't have needed a takht as a scapegoat. It was because he was blaming himself somewhere that he need the takht to vent his ire on!
So many people had come and gone from his life as he himself recounted, so then why did this one act of treachery by Adham - his murder of Atga - and Adham's subsequent death cause such a cascade of previous hurts to pour out of Jalal's system? Was it because Jalal had finally had to become a fiendish stranger to his own self, so ruthlessly barbaric in the way he killed Adham, that he hated himself now so much for what he had had to do? One of the very first sentences that Jalal says when he blames the takht for all his loneliness and betrayal problems is to say "You, my takht, have covered my hands with the blood of my own family!" So did that mean that more than the hurt he felt by the betrayal of others, he felt as if he had become the person he hated most of all in life? He had betrayed his own trust in his goodness and succumbed to becoming a barbarous and savage fiend in his thirst for revenge on Adham?
These are just three points that I seemed to note about Jalal's dialogue.
Now coming To Jodha's response, I think she smartly sensed that he was using the takht as his scapegoat for berating others as well as berating himself . She decided to just ruthlessly strip him of that takht and crown and show him that beneath it all was just another self-flagellating man. She said she was not with him for either the throne or the crown or the power that goes with all this. She was in love with the man and not the King. She would live for him as long as they both lived and she would be there to ensure he never felt lonely ever. And indeed if he looked at his life truly with honest eyes, he did already have that one important person in his life, didn't he, who mattered the most always by his side with steadfast loyalty and love? So was he really the lonely person he was saying he was? Or was there really a need to continue to feel lonely or tell himself he was lonely? Was it not partially untrue if he did continue to say he was feeling alone knowing that Jodha was with him?
Jodha did something beautiful for him not because she reassured him of her loyalty and love. She did not need to say that again and again if she really was his true and only love. But she did need to pull him out of the morass of self-pity he had got himself into. She needed to gently disabuse him of this myth that he was alone and friendless. She needed him to know that he was over-reacting to Maham';s bad dua and dredging up past hurts in a torrent just to be able to kick himself for his own part in the way Adham died.
There was a mixture of many things going on inside Jalal's head - Maham's bad dua, his past disappointments in others, and his great disappointment in himself for his savagery in Adham's death. For all this the takht and taaj were becoming symbols of a sense of isolation that he wanted to cling onto and yet curiously also kick out of his life. It just took Jodha a few seconds of honesty with him when she told him that he had to remember that at least one person liked him still, even after his barbarism to Adham, and not for his power but for himself. He was still worth loving and she did love him very much.
I know that on the surface of things we can simply overtly analyse that Jalal was disappointed with his people and Jodha reassured him lovingly that she was there for him always . But in actuality I think this whole scene was about something else entirely - Jalal was beating himself up after the bad dua trigger opened up the torrent of ill feeling in him towards his own self, and his disappointments with people just came out as a way of outpouring this poor sense of self. By saying he was betrayed by people he was re-iterating that he was not worth loving. Jodha needed to show him that neither was he alone really nor was he a bad man for what he had done. He was the most lovable man on earth for her and always would be, whether he had the power or not and whether he was savage or human!
And in the end the most revealing thing she did was to pray to kanha. She did not say "Kanha, help the Shahenshah because he has been betrayed by others." She did not say "Kanha, help the Shahenshsh because he hates himself at this time." She said "Kanha, help him by giving him strength because this bad dua has affected him really deeply and opened up his hurts from others and from his own self."

What all happened in yesterday's episode:

Maham kisses the body of Adham and then stands and looks up at Jalal on the balcony. She is fuming. She asks "How did you do this after taking Adham's share of doodh from me? What insaaf have you done for him? Did you call a darbar, did you take sala mashuara or did you let him speak his case? What badshah are you without elementary insaaf? I will give insaaf to Adham as Wazir-e-Aliyah. An eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth and a child for a child. Your children too will die and you will mourn them like me. I give you my bad dua. Oh Allah take all my prayers for Jalal's happiness and change them to my bad dua! Please grant that all my bad duas for Jalal will come true"

Jalal gets very angry and shouts "Take her away from here." Maham turns to look at Adham for the last time and goes with the jailors. Jalal also goes wawy from the balcony in a huff. Jodha is bitterly crying on the balcony as Hamida consoles her.

Jalal goes to the tarazu as he always does when he is in mental agony. He keeps hearing Maham's words and cannot stop them ringing in his ears. When Ruq sends a sipahi to Jalal he shouts and sends him away ... so Ruq herself comes to talk to Jalal but he shouts at her ruthlessly "Just get out". Ruq tells Hamida, Salima and Jodha about Jalal being in a terrible state. Jodha offers to go and talk to him, but Ruq tells Jodha "You don't risk going to him in your condition because he in an uncontrollable rage." But Jodha thinks she may be able to help him.

Jalal meanwhile is now sitting near the takht and drinking heavily. He sees flashbacks of all his family who have become enemies ... people like Adham, Maham, Abul Mali, Sharif and Mahchuchak. He curses the takht for covering his own hands with his family's blood. "You have made me alone, taken away my people" he blames the takht. "You are also the reason for my BadiAmmi's bad dua " he says ... and with a mashal he burns the takht. Jodha comes there, sees this burning takht and tries to douse the fire - but in vain.

Jalal then begins to cry bitterly "I dont want this takht or taaj. I am all alone and no one wants me". Jodha hugs him and caresses his head. She says "You have me! With or without the takht and taaj I am always yours till I die. I want you and not your power. Nothing will happen to us or our children. I love you for yourself. This Jodha will always be with her Shahenshah. You will never be alone as long as I live." Still holding Jalal in her arms like a baby she looks heavenward and prays " Kanha, i pray to you to give the Shahenshah strength for he is broken badly by this bad dua of Maham!"

Jalal's eyes start showing some hope and he looks relieved and clutches Jodha.

Meanwhile in jail Maham is still maniacally planning how to get the Delhi takht for Adham. Jodha comes there. Maham shouts at her "Came to see me mourning? Happy? Now get lost!" Jodha says "i have come to ask you a question ... why did you give this bad dua?" Jodha says "What did Jalal or I or the children do to you, but give respect?" Maham replies "Jalal brought you here but you don't belong here. You aren't a Mughal and to me you are a nothing. Get out. I don't talk to gair auraths." And then she sarcastically adds, "Oh, I forgot ...you come to the jails often, don't you, to meet criminals like Khyber and me ...?"

Jodha is disgusted. She says "Those who believe in God will be protected and you cannot harm us." Maham says "I may stand exposed now, but remember, there are many others in the Palace who hate you and your family. You will have no waaris at all and will suffer all your life unable to have or keep alive your children".

Jodha looks her in the eye. She says firmly "This khandaan will surely have a waaris from me and that's a promise". She holds her stance despite Maham endlessly shouting "Your dynasty will end. It will end." till Jodha goes.

In the precap, Ruq gets very miffed to see the other harem ladies telling Jodha "After you become the Marium-Uz-Zamani, please dont forget all of us."

Okay, now for the next week's anticipated events ... I think it's going to be a Ruq-jealousy week, don't you?

If it is so, I'll be a happy bunny. I have long waited for Ruq to be caught and exposed, so if Jodha becoming the MUZ triggers Ruq to doing something horrible and getting caught, I wouldn't mind it at all.

In fact I think next week may be all about Bakshi and her pregnancy and its fiasco, as well as Ruq getting jealous of Jodha's pregnancy and impending MUZ audha.

Superb analysis esp. green parts.

I am going to share what I wrote in another thread:

My mind was split due to today's episode. I never had a sympathy for MA and now I am glad I did not. I was furious with her so called curse. How dare she curse Jalal ? Did she forget that she has killed Jalal's unborn children and due to Ruq can't become mother? As you sow, so shall you reap. she kiled jalal's children and by destiny- jalal killed her only child. I do not see any thing wrong with the way Jalal punished Adham. He completely deserved it. I had wanted Adham and MA dead in serial for long time. I just hope that MA dies soon, too. The 40-days does not become months for her. I hope CVs do not connect twins' death with MA's curse because that's plain disgusting. I believe that curse comes true only if a person has attained many "punyas". I mean to say that an evil person like MA's curse won't get fulfilled. Whoever wrote the dialogue of MA ; "if I have ever asked "dua" from heart for Jalal then it's today and that my curse for him gets fulfilled"- like are you serious, that is such a contradictory statement. God would not accept a curse in the form of "dua". It is ridiculous that they would use this for the sake of TRPs and NR.

As much as I was furious with the above, Akdha helped me overcome the bitter taste of MA scene. I just LOVED Akdha scene. It had raw emotions, passion, compassion, care, concern, love, support and everything. Actually, I cried witnessing their love- esp. to c how Jodha's declaration of support and love to Jalal. It was Jalal who professed love beautifully before SR and today ti was Jodha. I usually don't get emotional easily unless it's very sad or emotional. So, I was suprised mysel today. If I remember correctly, last time I cried was during confrontation at end of sujamal track and astral scene of Akdha when Jo was unconscious after Ben track.

Regarding Jodha's visit to MA, she went to MA because she was angry that how could MA curse like this to a person who considered her more than his own mother. She wanted to confront her and just wanted to let MA know what she felt. I just loved how Jodha gave it back to MA at the end and said that as Mughal begum, she will give an heir to Mughal Saltanat and assure that it flourishes. How far she has come just like Jalal from hatred to this kind of devoted, passionate, emotional, spiritual love.

I wonder why MA said that there are other people who still have demons inside them. I wonder if she is hinting at Ruq turning negative or Resham trying to kill Jalal. I am not a fan of Ruq but I don't want her to turn negative. It is nice to c her and Jodha bonding and ruq being nice with others too.Let's c what happens.

RT had been fabulous as usual but today PS was just amazing ! Just love RT and PS- suits their role to T!

Mansi, amazing words to describe the moments between Jodha and Jalal. For me that was the most important scene and will be remembered for a long time.
Many have not liked the episode Inspite of this moving moment as they were very upset about the negativity of Maham's actions, but the light of positiveness cuts the cloud of the negative. I am only taking the plus moments and discarding the minus ones.

Jodha was shining with positive power, she gave the right support to her husband at the right moment. At moments of loneliness, only the love of your nearest ones takes you out of it.

As for confrontation with Maham, though the Cvs showed all the gloominess, but they also showed the way through Jodha's words how true believe, purity of heart and faith on god would help JJ fight their fate and how they would rise against the obstacles in the future story.

Have a good weekend and take care...

Mansi ,
Beautiful post .
Today in the real world ,the god arrived in our homes and was welcomed by all with enthusiasm and in the reel world ,the " Shaitan" was playing havoc in the form of MA by screaming curses without feeling remorseful for her own actions. This was one sickening NR of EK team.Their epic love for MA .
But then we shouldn't worry about curse though we know the results might turn out true but the twins did die due to sickness and in16th century infant mortality rate was very high and Salim did rebel against his parents but he did come back to them and he was a King and Mughal dynasty continued till Bahadur Shah Zafar.
One thing is for sure, No blessing or curse can change our fate or destiny .Finally the things which are bound to happen will happen.
For me MA is dead ,whether she dies after 40 days or 40 yrs doesn't matter now .But I was so happy with the strength Jodha showed yesterday. Not for a single moment ,she was worried about those horrible words of MA .So she really answered back everybody who were questioning her Rajput warrior blood a day before.Any woman ,including me ,would loose her sleep after hearing those words but she was brave .Rather she was calm in front of the harem ladies and we all know how great she was with Jalal.I salute your inner strength Jodha.Jodha seemed to me ,a woman with strong will and determination who was ready to take on challenges of Future.
And Mansi, you have so beautifully written JA Jo scene.Nothing much left for us ,But Jodha holding Jalal near her heart was so beautiful .They say, when crying baby is hold near to Mom's heart it stops as it recognizes Mom's familiar heartbeats which it heard for nine months. And same with Jalal ,he found peace near her heart as he came to know that it beats only for him.And her heart always beats in harmony with his.It reminded me of a beautiful song from the film Godfather,
" Speak softly love and hold me warm against your heart ,
I feel your words the tender trembling moment starts
We are in a world ,our very own
Sharing the love that only few have ever known."
And Jo- MA confrontation was also very good,Jodha showed Maham that her curses won't break her .She has faith and strength in herself and the almighty is with her and she has the blessings of all those whom she has helped( Remember Babu's Mom's blessings ) to emerge victorious.
Chak de !Jodha. No one can pull you down Neither Maham nor Ruku as you yourself ,are aware of your inner strength and endurance.
P.S :-
Bring round of applause for Rajat and especially Pari for fabulous performance.

Today as the all mighty Sahansha stood numb
infront of the Insaf Ka Tarazoo after loosing his
very last connection with his childhood , recalling
the poisonous words uttered by the lady who has
raised him, who was once his mother, his Badi
Ammi... Made him realise the heavy price he had
to pay for being The SAHANSHA OF MUGHAL
SULTANATE...
Unable to bear this he resorted to vigorous
drinking to erase his pain in DEK.. The pain is
choking him, the ghost of his past is haunting
him, the fear of losing his children is disturbing
him and he realised it was all because of thakt
on which he sits everyday.. The reason for his
suffering is this "Taakt"... His own people
betrayed him to get this "Taakt " on which he
sits and rules... His own people who was 'Aziz'
to him told that they love him was actually
pretending to be affectionate to fulfill their own
ambition from the powers which are associated
with "THE TAAKT, He lost all those whom he
loved from his Khan Baba to his Atga Sahab
because "THE Taakt".. He paid a heavy price
throughout all this years to get this "Taakt " and
to retain it... The price of being The SAHANSHA,
The Price of being "Invincible", was the life and
love of his near and dear ones... He realised that
the root cause of all his agony and discontent
was "Taakt Of Mughal Sultanate " so he decided
to uproot that very cause and without even
giving a second thought he burned "The Taakt "
to end this agony once and for all...
While all these feelings were going on in his
mind his Heart was engulfed and overwhelmed
by the feeling of loneliness... This loneliness was
killing him from inside and finally when Jodha
came he brought out all of his agony, his
aghast, his anger, his anguish, his pain, his
frustration, his loneliness which he has been
feeling all these years...
Jodha perfectly understood him and his needs...
SHE understood that the only thing he needs
was her love, her support, her warmth, her
closeness... She knew that the only thing which
can heal his aching heart was her love, the only
thing that can remove his loneliness was her
warmth, the only thing that can give him peace
was her embrace... So she with all her love
pulled him close and assured him and reminded
him that their relationship is not because of his
"Taakt" or "Taj"... She did not love him because
he is The SAHANSHA... She loves Jalal the man
and continue to do so till eternity... She will
always be there for him and with him no matter
how worst the situation may be... She will
always be there with him even if their parents,
friends and children leaves his side... His Jodha
will forever be with him even after they have long
left this materialistic world... By her words he
found new hope and a new reason to survive
and peacefully fell asleep as soon as she took
him in her warm embrace.. He slept like a child
in the arms of the person with whom he feels
safe and protected and loved forgetting all his
sufferings and worries... Today they merged into
eachother in every way and became one entity
From Here begins a new phase a new journey
with the hope of a better tomorrow where there
will be so much love, respect and togetherness
of a lifetime... From here begins the "EPIC LOVE
STORY " which will be told and retold in every
era to come... Life will take their test and that
also the toughest one but with eachothers Saath
they will not only withstand these tests but also
pass with flying colours ... From today Jodha
became Jalals shadow and in every sense his
"Wali Nimat "

Their love and togetherness will rise as a sun
which comes after a long dark night which will
give warmth light, life and happiness to the
entire Hindustan... And Hindustan will only keep
thriving and prospering under their
guardianship...
Us Pavitra Agni main jaal ke woh Singhashan swach aur Paap mukt ho gaya hai and from now on whatever Decisions will be made, whatever justice will be delivered, and whatever laws will be made will be written down in the history with Golden words... This is just the beginning... Beginning of a journey which will make a boy king into Akbar The Great who along with his Biggest support his wife, His Mariam UZ Zamani will create a greater Hindustan where love, peace, brotherhood, truth and justice will prevail...

Today I found that Akbar And Marriam Uz Zamani
about whom I have read in Abhay's post in
Eakta's Jalal and Jodha.. Today it showed us the
beginning of the The eternal and divine love
which was there between Akbar and MUZ and
will be there between them till the end of time...
This is what I have always wanted to see in the
show and I am glad that I am finally getting what
I wanted...

I enjoyed the Ja Jo moment in the middle. It was heartwarming to see how Jo, after a shaky start in her hojra earlier, not only found her stride but rose to the moment leaving a deep mark on all of our hearts.

For Jalal, while it is but natural to be saddened by his relatives' deeds and MA's bad-dua, Jodha's words will cut through that darkness like a bolt of lightning and show him the real landscape of his life, not just the ditch he happened to be focusing on. God has blessed him with good things too, the noblest and the truest love and the most amazing wife a man can hope for, and she will be with him forever, come what may, heaven or hell, good relatives or bad, takht or no takht, power or no power. Her love and devotion for him will always be there, towering over all such issues.

Jalal already knows this. He has seen the depth, intensity, and unconditional nature of her love for him himself in Ben and Atifa cases. However, at this low moment, he needed reminding and she reminded him lovingly and forcefully at the same time.

Do what she said, Jalal, and took into her eyes; you will instantly know how fortunate and blessed you are!

Other than this, the rest of the episode was all MA. I paid almost zero attention. JaJo should not have given this cruel, phony, manipulative woman an opportunity to grand-stage in the middle of the palace; Jo shouldn't have gone to the prison to engage her. It is with a smile, however, that I note that real JaJo didn't make these mistakes, only EK's CVs did. :)

Great post
@ Bold ,the best decision you did.
This is the epic love story of EK with MA .Thank god they showed Strong Jodha who didnot give much attention to that " Baddua" .Else ,I was wondering, that with immense love they have for Maham ,they would have shown Jajo erecting a Bronze statute of MA and worshipping her ,as an antidote for the curse.
Another zabardast NR from them.

Beautiful beautiful writing Mansi Di...it was a treat to read...I am overwhelmed by this writing... Wonderful...
I would like to thank Ekta Kapoor, Balaji, Zee and entire crew and of course Rajat and Paridhi for giving me this classic... They made Akbar and MUZ come alive in our screens yesterday... And yes I am forgiving the makers for such awful tracks which we had to put up with in the past...

Precap: Finally Ruqu will be back to square one... Her extra sweetness was raising my suger level...Thank God it stopped before I had a Diabetic attack... Finally we will see her getting punished... Oh what a delightful scene it will be!!!!
