that is a huge topic Rashmi. To do with how the Lord Jesus hung on a tree and took away all the power of curses. I can PM you more if you like. It is the only reason why I believe curses have no power. And I pay no notice to them.

MA's curse was a big dramatic ploy and I especially did NOT like how all the ladies were shown to be scared by it. Makes me think that the curse is going to be a whole new character on its own in this show with a life of its own courtesy of tv. I hate it.

Why don't you make a thread so that so many will know about it.What say Sindhu?

haha Rashmi, I really do not want to highlight the curse . The best thing is to ignore it. If they continue with this theme, I know they will, I have to stop watching.

they may not,who knows. How about this..In history Mamanga did become very close with Akbar before she died. so here if CVS are going to let her die in 40 days, we may get to see a remorseful Mamanga. so things can be different then right..

Honestly I do not believe in curses, even today when I was hearing I had no impact at all.

Sindhu, they can very well just stick to history if they so choose to. the problem is, they have full license to NOT. Let's see what they decide to do.

Paddy ,
I feel they have to change their thought process now that not always the shock treatment or OTT drama Work with People.
They have forgotten that with this advanced technology ,people are easily thrown open to historical facts .For eg:- Many today know either it's IF or Facebook that MA died after 40 days as the facts are totally available in the virtual world.
so Cvs can't fool us.And this simple thing only they forgot

We also wait for that spring day when CVs change their thought processes. As you say, information is now very readily available and it spreads at the speed of light in all directions. It depends on how people approach Jodha Akbar the show. If it's just a daily dose of high octane drama, then CVs are ready to supply it. If it's for a well told story, which is honest and true as it possibly can be to history, we will be very inspired by it and our hearts will soar.

With such strong characters who showed courage and grace under pressure, the story will attract a million hearts. Let us hope that the CVs will remain inspired as we are and enjoy writing good scripts that we know they can.
