I was feeling a bit low after receiving Maddy's text that Atgah sahib was killed. Knowing it fully well that this is just a show...this event is historically true...and why the hell should I bother about side characters like Atgah, I couldn't help but feel sorry for Jalal's loss...and of course we have come to love Atgah khan...and Jiji Anga. She was so distraught after he was injured during the polo match. He became such a lovable character and found respect in our hearts with his loyalty and hukum ki taameel hogi dialogues. I am glad that we were introduced to his son before his death.

Adham and MA... I don't feel sorry for them. Their doodh ka Karz dialogues are extremely annoying. She was his dai ( like jiji Anga) and was doing her duty by taking care of Jalal... Just like Jalal's bodyguards and soilders who exposed themselves to injuries and death to save Jalal but never asked for blood, skin, muscle or bone ka Karz. This thankless mother- son duo were so not worthy of the the VIP treatment they were given by Jalal ( and the CVs...even MA's exposure was glorified...she didn't want him dead...so that makes her human...what about the fact that she wanted a life worse than death for him and his loved ones😡) . I am glad that Adham will meet his end soon. I just hope that they don't waste too much screen time on MA's grief...or use her famous dialogue when Jalal delivers the news of Adham's death "you did the right thing" to partially redeem her...or her( or Resham's ) revenge...no one is interested in watching that crap. Btw... Salute Javeda for her loyalty towards the empire.

Glad that JJ relationship is heading towards normalcy. Hope they portray them as sensible individuals and don't show Jalal watering the plants of angoori bagh with his tears... or Jodha giving him one more unrealistic advice like forgiving MA and co conspirators of Atgah's assassination( if she does, I wouldnt mind it if Jalal overrules her...Just like Jalal, she also needs to learn from her mistakes)...We are craving some intelligently written and directed episodes.

I don't think anybody on this forum loves Jodha and Akbar as much as Abhay does, he loves the REAL ones and hopes to see them in the REEL ones.

I wish CVs give them to us matching Abhay's JA.

As long as Jodha and Akbar are together we can watch whatever life throws at them.

I'm sure if anything were to happen to Javeda, Jalal and Jodha would feel bad for her always. 😕

I always had a soft corner for Javeda. I felt sorry for her that she got a husband like Adham. she is so innocent and naive..

Really strange are the ways of life the relationship whose base was kept on the grounds of Political Convince slowly turned into An eternal story of love, togetherness and companionship.

I have heard my mother and grandmother saying that our Hindu religion talkes about Husband and wife being a part of the same entity and wife is her Husband's Ardhangini who not only shares her husbands bed but also his life, his happiness, his sorrows,. His pains, his success, his failure.. And Jodha Akbar's love story proves this concept right...And the show is now entering that phase of their story where both of them will find peace and happiness in eachother arms even when life will continuously give them extreme pain, they will find reason to live in eachothers company when life will try to take away every reason for them live...

This is just the beginning... Beginning of a new and glorious Hindustan and an eternal saga of love which not only changed Jodha Akbar's life but also changed the very course of history..

@bold: Abhay and I discussed that track and reached the conclusion that there was no secrecy involved. The track was originally meant to be different (going on the line of the Delhi noble and his wife's story). It was later changed to what we ultimately saw because Atifa was just so unpopular and the show would have really committed suicide if Jalal had been shown to have married a divorced lady for love.😊

I wonder if EK could not show this event, how she plans to show Akbar's political marriages. Or she may skip them altogether.

No, this atifa track was never mean to show Jalal distraction from jodha. from starting its was all about to show "teda" jalal. cvs never took it otherwise . that self talks n painting was just to mislead the viewers 😆 if u talk about secrecy than i like to tell u i have a long talk about this track ( n leap thing) with my friend who is assosiated in JA offscreen crew. he told me there was secrecy n not even only in script but whole cast n crew were unknown about the climax for this track n those who know were not bound to leak the secret .huge drip on trps had creat havoc in creative pannel . they cutted many scenes just to control the damage n even after not allowing their crew for rakhi n independance day off , their shooting schedules r now badly affected .U can imagine the amount of cutting,choping n reshooting they have done. if u notice few epis of last week were run 25 minutes , atleast 3 minutes more from their usuall run. chand begum was found by atga who was In disguise but again that scene cut by the mahan editors of JA.

I believe more than secrecy if they had focuss on the execution of this track , it cld be the best track of JA where cld see jalal smart planning ,ploting n pretending together rather than just just over the top pretending which made this entire track unbearable 🤢
