Yaar yeh kaisa pln hain jallu ka jo khud jodha ko musibaat par daal raha hain?? agar jallu really wnt to save jo dan he must ensure bodygaurds wid jo nt wid atifa,, & dat harsh words,, Jodha going to attemp suiside fr his harsh words,, wht if KZ nt save jo dat tym??? Till can't understnd wht is his pln & most imp how its actually help to ensure jodha safety. and Our jodha mahan, khud chalke musibaat ko gale lagati hain aur bhugatna jallu ko parta hain, bt I lyk dis kidnapping, afttall fr dis track we get back to back papayaless epidodes & isi bahane atlst jallu thinks abt jo alltym nehi to usse fursat kaha uski so called plned romance se... jo bhi hain bas isse khatam karo. aur nehi saha jata ye akdha ki berukhi & plned lustful romance of jatifa.

Is nt he shahenshah-e-hind Akbar???, usse itni CBI jaisi harkat karne ki jarurat kya hain 2-3 acha sa thappar atifa aur uske so calld hubby ko lagata to wo aise hi sab bata deta.. jo ko hurt karke,, atifa se romance karke, sabko mislead karke, Viewers ko super irritate karke itna kuch kyu... kyu jalal kyuu Janta jawab chahti hain 😃 kabhi to apna position power use karlo.

I think in the bath scene he was curiious about atifa but after the DEK scene and he found out that she was from Kabul thats when he knew that she was a threat to jodha and he decided that he had to deal with this once and for all. it was all over his face his hocked expressions that we mistook for attraction or lust was actually shocked and dismay that they where boldface enough to attempt a threat on his begum right under his nose. the clues where all there we just failed to see it the CVs where probably in there glee at our initial reaction.

Makes a lot of sense ...infact I remember while watching the hamam scene I was wondering thst why is jalal looking so horrified and guilty before jodha...seemed a bit OTT for an innocent case of mistaken identity...so he was horror-struck but for reasons far graver than getting caught with a another woman...
Queries:
1.when jalal was drawing atifas potrait he was like a man possessed...that was my instant reaction...why?...and if he was already suspicious of her then why the self talk while drawing her that I cant get her out of my zehen?...cause if jalal is alreafy onto her from the hamam scene itself then he'll know exactly why he cant get her out of his zehen right?
2. After the infamous tansen cocert in DEK, why the self talk by jalal in his hojra about how he is attracted to her and everytime he sees her something happens to him etc...this makes no sense in the context of the TE theory or does it?
3. What was the guarantee that these two assassins parading as refugees would be allowed into Agra palace...as their entry happened quite by chance...that may not have happened...?????
4. Would it not be far easier to arrest her and *force* her to speak...am sure akbar had ways and means of making wannabe assassins spill the beans...some third degree???,,

...also are you trying to say that now that jalal has phasaoed atifa that not only deflects her from jodha but makes her give up on her original plan and maybe even double cross her accomplices as becoming the shahensha's begum(which was not part of the original plan) obviously outweighs everything else...so jalal has led atifa astray and away from her plan by making her fall in love with him??

Thanks Adi for the wonderful post.

I could not come up with any clues except for 2 things that led me to believe Jalal was faking it all . The trust and Faith I had in JJ's love for each other. Second was, I never could see any love/lust in Jalals eyes for Atifa.

Being an Akdha fan and not just a Jalal or Jodha fan, I want to appreciate u Adi for being so positive and balanced about JJ and not just Jalal alone. It takes in a lot of effort and I thank u for that in spite of u being a Jalal/Rajat fan. Its hard for me to blame one over the other , however in this track I find both faulty. Intentions might be good but the way they have decided to implement is not tactful at all. I am disappointed with both JJ.

Adiana, great observation & predictions yaar. It might play out more or less as u say if the CVs have started thinking that smartly again. To be honest, once upon a time, I used to watch this show very attentively & not miss any repeat either to catch each & every scene, especially Jalal s expressions. But of late, I ve been watching it more out of habit & disinterest the one time I do see it. So mostly I miss out on nuances if any. I know that's not much of an excuse, but it s my truth 😆 .

But though I didn't catch on Jalal s expressions during Atifa encounter in the hamaam, now that I think of it I was on the phone that day while watching that scene & I didn't bother to rewatch it either. But from what I did watch I was atleast sure that Jalal definitely didn't have any smitten look on his face in the next couple of epis nor did he sound like one. His expressions definitely gave the impression to me that he was more pondering or planning something. But with the past track records of JA, I didn't place enough trust on the CVs for a return of the TE 😕 . But then he started mouthing OTT mohabbat dialogues to Atifa & that did it for me. I knew our Jalal can never fall out of love with his Jo begum that fast or fall for this chubbifa 😉 . And by this time, some of u were voicing the same thoughts & it strengthened my belief too.

And now I ll definitely give a rewatch to that hamaam scene to see what all I missed 😉 . Thanks for elucidating the eureka moment in such detail for this poor Team B member 😉 😆
