Hi Frnds, am back with a fresh topic after a long time - and its my TE - yes you all got it right - my Tedha Emperor - who has got me back making this topic š
If you all may have noticed, for a long time now I had been addressing him as Jalal since the TE within him had been ruthlessly burnt by our mahaan CVs - but now the TE is rising - like the proverbial Phoenix from the ashes - and yes from now on I will once more be addressing him as TE š
Toh pehle in the honor of his return a song -
Dhol bajne laga, Agra and IF sajne laga,
Koi laut ke aaya hai, sang apne
woh rang kitne laaya hai
Ok now mudde pe aate hain - toh yeh khushi aur maine 30th July ko hi pakad liya tha ki TE is back - but then how did we do that when 'No one and I will say this, No one' had caught on during that time - the first ones to join us were Mishti, Anjali, Tamy and finally Sindhu (poor girl she was so exasperated with wanting TE back that she decided to will herself into believing š)
But then khushi and I were not staking our lives, and honor and aan, baan and shaan of TE on mere hawa - and yes even we dont trust the CVs, Divs - but we have full faith in Rajat the actor - he has not let us down till date - and let me tell you all this since the Sujamal track I have been watching Rajat's Jalal - every single gesture, expression and nuance - and he has kept me entertained when I would have chucked this show long back !!!!!š
So here was what we saw - on 30th July we had the famous hamam scene - where all were drooling on Rajat - and that was the perfect distraction from the CVs - hats off to who so ever thought up of getting a half clad Rajat into that hamam - brilliant diversionary tactics i would say - well when TE gets into that hamam thinking that the woman inside is Jodha he utters 'Hume aapse bahut mohabbat hai Jodha Begum' as he hugs her from the back - and here he turns her around and is surprised to see an unknown face - please note there is no guilt since he has not done anything wrong even in his thought for him to have guilt - he has just been taken aback ki yeh kaun hai jo iss waqt humare Shahi hamam mei ghus aaya hai
and then in comes Jodha and calls out - and this is where the clue is - what most saw was a TE shocked at being caught with another woman in a half dressed condition in the hamam by a pregnant Jodha - and then a TE who goes to convince his wife that he did not know and it was a mistake ... yada...yada...yada...
what all missed was that split second look of absolute terror so fabulously done by Rajat when he looks at Jodha and turns to look at Atifa - where he makes the connect - that this was where just moments before Jodha was having her bath and where this unknown woman now is - the thoughts that would have overtaken him - had the woman come when Jodha was there? why did she come in Jodha's hamam? Was she here to harm him? then why come to Jodha's hamam and not his? Does this mean she is here to harm Jodha? and all the possibilities of what could happen flashed before his eyes - and the Shahenshah realised in that moment that the most vulnerable as of the moment is Jodha who happens to be carrying the heirs to the Sultanate - and the attack is now both explicit with Khyber and implicit with this new creature
and from here comes the TE rising like the Phoenix - and after this TE's resolve to deflect Atifa's attention to himself - and thus he wrenched the game from their hands right at the start - since then, Atifa, her supposed husband and their master puppeteer are all reacting to TE - and slowly loosing their focus and their grip to the point where they are now poised on making those mistakes that will get them caught.
Ofcourse the next clue was the shikar - with all those double edged dialogues and those smirks of the hunter on the prowl - that were oh so totally to die for š
