I agree with something that nearly everyone in your thread has said - and Divi your post just keeps getting more and more beautiful by the day!🤗
What a lovely analogy of the cat and the poison![Finally, a balanced thread out here - some out there are just to fulfil a vendetta without realizing that any number of online abuse is not going to change the fact that Akbar and HeerKunwari are names taken together even 450 years later! While I've criticized both the leads every now and again, I never appreciated/participated in the posts bashing Jodha -and now don't appreciate the bashing of Jalal. Obviously, he deserves to be taken to task for what he is doing, but the threads that are being made purely to settle scores make no sense - because there is no meaningful discussion of whats and whys happening there.]Nevertheless - back to the discussion here - I picked something from nearly everyone's replies1) I loved chitterati's response - and her quote 'God.. looks like my tolerance for extra marital relationships has increased!' Loool! Tell me about it. 😆 But if anything I stand the risk of straying - what with 'Jalal' being in my thoughts 24/7 😆If this was not a hypnosis/trance thingy, I do hope (as you'd stated) that he recognizes his problem and approaches Jodha herself about this issue that has raised. While the CVs have brought this track at the worst of times (couples rarely go astray unless they're incompatible in some walk of life - either the physical attraction dept, or emotions, or social status, or personal preferences etc. Here none of that is the case - so, I wonder what's the point behind this track - and that too, NOW!!!)I hope he talks to his wife about how his feelings were starting to go astray. I would like to see Jodha upset initially, but that as a husband & wife they work it out together. If people have not come across this forum, it's called Talk about Marriage - (no I ended up going there, just lazily one day😆) and some stories there are very interesting. All real, mostly emotional. All couples here are those who've had very strong/long relationships and love marriages. A lot of it is based on a couple rebuilding their relationship after one partner went through an emotional affair. What I mean to say is that most relationships that were strong to start with ended up coming out much stronger after this phase - and these are adults who've been married for 10, 15, 20, 25 years... so... yes... it happens far more often than we thinkThe partner who's gone astray had to make quite a few lifestyle changes and give up a good amount of ego to get back the betrayed partner's trust... but in the end (maybe a year... maybe two years time, that trust returns when the goodness outweighs the wrongdoings)Once again, we are even discussing this - despite it being a 16th c setup where kings would have freely had relations with whoever they choose to - only because this story was advertised as an Epic love story to begin with!😊2) Like Ayesha & Rashmi said, I absolutely adored Jodha yesterday. Never in the past did she come around so quickly to apologize to Jalal and now just when sympathy quotient for Jalal is in the negative, she shines like a yellow butterfly. Bad bad girl!Look at the manner in which, she pouted and came around to his hojra both times -much like a little girl walking up to big bear -twirling her toes, playing with her nails and apologizing so things can be ironed out swiftly. Waise, in all of this let's not forget that her prison trips to visit khyber are possibly against the law. So, while we can all empathize with that huge tarzan guy who might teach Jalal a few lessons in life - Jodha should be more careful about flouting the rules too - more for her own queenly dignity than anything else. Just cos Jalal is behaving like an adolescent idiot now, why should Jodha not maintain her queenly stature/age?Nevertheless; how sweet the manner in which she played with his necklace/collar - and even Jalal's expressions there (had his mind not been so muddled up at this instant) would have been a treat to watch! Even now, I did love this scene though. Why o why Jodha do you give him such attention only when he's a bit rusht with you? Why not the same kind of attitude when he's on such lovey dovey terms? Then again, I guess that's how we all are, aren't we? When we have something with us all the time, we never realize it's value... when we don't we run after it... (erm... lashy time for some personal lessons in this department, maybe! 😆)3) Like Ash said, after a long time a track is getting me this intrigued. It's almost like morbid curiosity - where you know you shouldn't watch, but you still do to see what happens next! After a long long time, JA is again back on my mind first thing in the morning and last thing at night4) More than anything, this track has brought about a bit of novelty factor onscreen if nothing else - the laps and leps were getting repetitive... the aap yahaan and hunars were getting boring.A slight shift in the 'moods' of the leads does make for a different set of scenes onscreen to viewSince, we've realized that the makers are not going to diversify scenes into political/administrative/battlefield/art&architectural realms and harem is the only life it's going to be - then, how many other options do we have?On a side note - I was of the stance too.. very naively, I used to be of the impression that if a person strayed I would stop talking to them forever (whoever it was) etc etc...that that person would cease to exist for me etc etc...But, when it does happen to someone close to you... it's so difficult to shut that person out from your life forever...It does show that life will always have far more shades of grey in it than it can ever have black/white!
Shraddha wonderful post... Yes last scene is so good to watch, especially Jodha...I just loved the way how cute and adorable she asked him can't she come with him ... I just loved paridhi a lot and she looks so cute & innocent like a child, want to give a kiss on her cheek (no problem paridhi i am women too )...
Divya , yes the track is really getting interesting & mostly suspence, why is Jalaal getting attracted to her ? Why he changed ? Jalaal is really a wild card.. With interesting twists what kyber will do, why jallu taking atifa, what JO will send the paigam to the princess, especially how the track unfolds...Even if Jalaal gets attracts also, why he is behaving weired, especially when JO is pregnant ? That's what bugging me...
Who is playing the game, Jalaal, atifa, Ruku, MA, MAC ? Why jalaal goes to hurting especially when he knows JO can be attacked, she is pregnant ? I am waiting to see how CVS deal with the track...
If jalaal really gets attracted also, his love for JO is not fake or vanished... But I so I would like to see what JoJa dimensions...
Arre Abhi I have no qualms giving PS or RT a kiss (RT a bit longer one maybe).. though I'm sure that's not how THEY'RE not going to feel about me 🤣God forbid, Mr. Lashy strays across my IF babble...bah, not to worry - he knows about my obsession anyway 😆
Sorry shraddha RT looks like a cute teddy bear (baccha) 😆. I really liked PS in that scene, ready for a kiss on her cheeck baby..
I really feeling girly crush... First one was Ragini Khanna & now PS..😆
I know... it is sad that they keep showing Jalal as being on the erring side..but if not for that major drawback with this serial, Jalal's current 'straying' is possibly more of a realistic/logical problem a couple might face...It's more common/relatable than an emperor going to a war unprepared and being beaten black and blue while his wife wins the battle!😕If he was a strong emperor who was administratively efficient and shown skilful in all other areas, I think he would receive far more understanding from the viewers...but that's not the case 😒Oh Teda Jalal... where have thou disappeared?Other than the fact that RT keeps the guy alive with his looks/acting, Jalal has very little going for him at the moment..At least for this sake, I hope its a teda chaal - but have resigned to the fact that it might not be so - since I've faced disappointment right from the Tasneem track! ðŸ˜
