CVs have forgotten that this is a love story
Where is love in this story?
Initially it was only ghrina and badla
Then it became saman and unar ki khadar
Now it is mahaan and main tera ghulam
Where is love?
Do writers even know what is love?
Love is when Jalal goes to war and Jodha waits anxiously to hear about him
Love is when Jodha prays for him and Jalal misses her
Love is when you spend time together doing things either one loves without other person feeling bored
Love is when one does not say anything but yet know what other wants to say
Love is when you accept other unconditionally
Love is when husband is unwell wife handles his duties
Love is when wife is unwell husband looks after house and kids(although Akbar has maids so he need not do that)
But here i find a wife dominating her husband not once or twice but always
Eventually husband will become robot who cannot use his own brain and does whatever told by wife(in 21st century we call them jhoru ke ghulam)
OR he starts hating his dominating and interfering wife(this leads to divorce and crimes)
When will this wife dominating and husband surrendering and whimpering end and a great love story start?
How come a man who cannot make simple decisions became a great emperor without having own brains?
If we go by serial that Akbar became great because of Jodha, Jehangir had Nur Jahan helping him but he did not become great and Nur Jahan was definetly more clever and braver and a stronger empress than any other mughal empress.
Laxmi Bai was great and helped her husband but he did not become great
Greatness can happen only when individual is great not when wife makes him great or when wife is great
