It is your thread to continue but here is an attempt to cheer you up after yesterday's episode (July 1st)I admit complete defeat that Jodha and Jalal have very limited grey cells left-
Jodha is still going around saying what Todarmal is done is unforgiveable and Jalal is asking God if he made a mistake.

But here were a few things I found funny:

(1) CVs have taken pretty much taken the teda out of Teda Emperor but just so we don't completely forget him they show him angrily practicing his sword

Now the question is, when will the rest of him be back?

we want this jalal
not this one...

(2) CVs next try taking us on a nostalgia trip- we love to see an angry Jalal practicing and Jodha trying to interrupt him.

Classic scene - except I no longer recognize the Jodha and Jalal I am seeing. Bring them back CVs!

(3) When all else fails Jalal typically asks God for help and that is what he did when he asked "Am I making a mistake?"

God at this point is utterly frustrated- he wonders - I sent them storms and didn't allow the diyas to light up and they still did not get the point.

He realizes He must make it easier and a miracle happens ...

(4) Jodha walks by Shehnaaz's room exactly when she expresses frustration on acting crazy - finally Jodha's timing is right. Obviously it is God's miracle!

And again we know why there are no doors in Agra- First to expose Ruqs fake pregnancy and now Shehnaaz!

Shehnaaz is the only one to have a hojra with

(5) While I loved the slaps on Shehnaaz for what she put Todarmal, I love how Shehnaaz read my mind and told Jodha she should reduce her words and focus on recognizing people better.

And yes we were about to see an angry , seething Jalal going after Shehnaaz and I was ready to cheer when Jodha cooled him down.

You see, Jodha was trying to make sure no one would call Jalal unjust for punishing Shehnaaz when he let Bakshi Bano go. Todarmal is obviously another category ;)

Now, this is your thread to continue to discuss! Will join in when I can.

Akbar, the great can regret, cry, beg, even kneel down in front of Jodha But, she would never ever tender heartfelt/ tearful apology even after risking jalal, rahim or todarmal's life...Because she is a Mahaan!...WTH...

Divs, Sands, Tabs, Raksha, lashy, Shyamala and all Jalal lovers - I will put the blame on all of us - most of us only wanted to see Jalal in action, practicing with his sword, fighting a war - and well we are getting that - did we ask for more? So why are we cribbing now.

And all who called Zee were only wanting a Jodha who was self - righteous, who was to be shown always right despite all her foibles and who wanted her defended at all times and shown as strong and her favorites also to be shown as strong (aka Sujamal) - and so we are seeing history being rewritten and redefined in the name of Natakiya Rupanters.

Now, like Oliver Twist we are all asking for more - toh aisa kaise hoga!!!!!

As expected the mahan Jo begum was again praised for being the advocate of SN and fighting for Nari Nay. And here we were angry on them bc of TM. And he and his wife forgave her. What if he died and then the truth come out. TM's wife would have still praised her mahanta.
And what regret for risking TM's life. Her eyes became teary for 2 seconds and told a formal sorry and the moment They said she is the best begum she is all smiling and proud of herself.
And SB she didn't said a word to Jo for risking Rahim's life. She wasn't even worried for Rahim.
And Jodha has to tell Jalal what to do. Why doesn't Jalal present his throne to her. Infact she is doing everything Jalal is just her puppet.
And Jalal's nigar Apa and Jo's nigar Ji was irritating. Again Jo will say Nigar can't be punished cause she is family, was mislead, she has her reasons and blah blah. But she could not consider TM's good works while advocating for SN.
I really don't understand what wrong with the trp audience how can they bear this things. Real life me kon hota hai aisa mahan ye mujhe batao.

Yesterday's episode was a boon to fans as there were sankets (that word!) of curtains closing on this track soon. But, it was probably one of the worst in case of technicalities. A few observations,

1. Sanket 101 - Apparently a cyclone/thunderstorm wasn't enough of a sanket to Jodha beghum, so Kanha arranged another, by refusing to let the diya to light. I wish Jodha had atleast changed the wick and tried, but apparently Kanha had had enough with Jodha's antics, so he arranged a miracle.

3. Tulsi tales - Meanwhile the Tulsi plant is in full bloom thanks to regualr watering by Jo. And Jodha saw her husband practicing spear. What was that sword? It was taller that RT, I almost thought he was going to practice taking out cobwebs from ceilings next.

By the way Divi, we got a water splashing with Jodha yesterday, but, of course the mood wasn't right. Jalaal was so angry that he couldn't note that Jodha had upgraded her prasad from the humble laddu to pista pedha sandwich. Meanwhile Munim Khan arrived with news of preperation of execution. Looks like dude doesn't know that his own son has been chopped like melons in Kabul.
4. Shock therapy - Apparently Jodha was too shocked by Shehnaaz's truth to react, nothing else can explain her freezing when Shehnaaz gleefully tied and gagged her. Maybe she was thinking, He Ambe maa what have I done? Such a grave sin. No she wasn't thinking about TM, she was sorry for slapping her nanandsa.
She was too shocked ...thats y no expressions!😉😉😉
When will she learn? Does she mistake her treacherous family for a 90's movie one?
Meanwhile Jalaal was also shocked witless and was basically testing how much his eyelids could be stretched by constantly enlarging his eyes.
Why doesn't the dude carry a gun around, I would have wanted him to shoot the brains off his air-headed sister.
after all she is CB's daughter!
There was one expression on his face, Why Jodha Why? Why did you bring her to the palace? Why abba huzoor why? Why did you bring her to the earth, not to mention a stupid farmaan?

Even he didn't think of TM.

5. Pep talk - Meanwhile MCB inspired what looked like a puny army of cavalrymen on horse. Haider gave a stinky eye to his uncle for ruining his jawani with the halkat female. Finally accepting his fate, he left to play nintendo.
Her speech was neither convincing nor inspiring..🤢
Every time Jallu gets into the podium...aww...jaw dropping moment!
6. Shehnaaz please accept a spade from my side. It will help you quicken the grave digging process. You plan to topple Jalaal's army through MCBs army which just left Kabul. Did it ever cross your mind that on foot it would take more than a couple of months for them to reach Agra? And all this time you plan to thwart Jalaal by keeping Rahim as hostage? Exactly how many times were you dropped on your head? You make Adham look like a dude with IQ level of 180.

Meanwhile the episode ended and noone is worried about TM.😡😭
TM ! Who is he???

This overdose of mahaanta was too much to digest even for even the strongest Jodha bhakt for sure.

To what depths can Akbar be sunk?! Why does he need to be spoonfed with every instruction on what to do, how to walk and talk?

Nigaar already explained that Jalal has CB captive and Jalal is already searching for CB, portrait, etc...then why does his eyes go all gol gol when Salima Begum proclaims that Chaand Begum is alive as thouh someone just told him that there is a dinosaur in the Angoori Bagh.

Also Munim Khan informed Jalal that everything was ready for the execution to which Jalal said that he would follow soon. But the canon was fired even before Jalal came! So much respect for the Emperor.

Also this whole tope drama is totally weird

Why could they have not just arrested TM and put him in jail with Jalal ordering a tafteesh. Everything else could have been the same. We could have been able to accept Jalal's decision, Mrs.urmi's initial anger, apologies to todarmal and his accepting the sword and position back to jalal's court and even urmi's Jodha bhajan. What was achieved by tope ke saamne uda dena ? It was neither dramatic nor impressive. The only thing it achieved was that jodhaphiles blasted Jodha and Jalal philes blasted Jalal alike

Also, all Jalal's and Jodha's family members, including the newly found nigaar aapa are exempt from punishments for all sort of crimes...attempted murder, entering the harem in the disguise of kwhja sera, false molestation charges, insulting the Shahenshah-e-Hind and the sultanate by dumping him and his brother at the altar, trying to cheat son in law cum emperor, mixing banana ark , killing hakima saahiba, meeting the queen alone in the dead of the night...all forgiven and forgotten.

But others will be udaaofied in front of the tope.

Anybody here or all the Jalal lovers have left watching the show 😆
Today I was watching EHT and watch JA for last 5 minutes.
Akbar's wives had to convince him to go on a war. Pathetic. What they have turn Akbar into.What love had turn Jalal into. The transformation is not from haiwan se insan. It is haiwan se coward.
But love Ruk's speech it was much better than Jo's usual bhasans. She talked sense . Rukku had seen the warrior Jalaluddin Mohammad since kid and she had love that Jallad.
Where Jo hated him and love this kind hearted, lovey dovey 🤢 Akbar. So Jo can never bring Jalal the warrior back. Only Rukku can do that. Her speech was bang on. Loved her every line. She was right. Jalal needs to think about his people, his mom, his begums who will be in danger if he don't fight.

wht CVs r trying to show??? after becoming akbar jalal didnt had any emotions for his people??? he needs long dialogues from jodha & ruku to realize tht if he doesnt do war his people will die or his begums will be imprisoned???? ok he may not fight against nigaar but he wont even fight against her army??? was he really serious???
