Yes. I loved Jodha for truly being there for Jalal.

I loved the easy possessiveness & comfort in making Jalal's very broad shoulder, her head-rest.

I loved the way she defended Ruqaiyya because she herself has felt such jealousies, acutely.

I loved her for she loves Jalal in an easy, loving manner devoid of her perennial & famous BHAASHAANS.

Aunty is absolutely, completely, 10000000% CORRECT- The only one I love deeply, unabashed & (almost) un-conditionally- Is Rajat's lovely, layered (in the past 😡) Jalluludin Mohammad (AKBAR.)

NOW IF ONLY I find such a man in reality, I will fast twice a week so that I can keep him by side for the next 6 lives!!!!!! 😉

I loved reading ur take which completely summed up the epi as well as explained why what was shown happened. My thoughts about the epi were more or less the same.

I d like to write more in detail, but not trusting my net. Suffice it to say that I liked it that Ruq wasn't punished ( u know Ruq s my fav 😉 😆 ) , but I hope she s redeemed from now on & doesn't fall even lower. Jalal has given her a warning which she definitely understands & she knows the gravity of her mistake too when she herself said she expected to be killed for this & she does feel sorry for hurting Jalal too ( which MA never has till now, the major difference) . I d like to write more on why the seeming partiality in Ruq getting pardon & not MA, but will keep it for another day. The Ruqaiya-Mahaam comparison is shallow and illogical.

But actually today, let me say before I forget, that I loved what Jodha did & how she did it. This time I d fully agree that she s very kindhearted indeed & did absolutely right in advising Jalal & showing a perception hitherto not shown in understanding why Ruq did what she did. Loved it totally 👏 . And Jalal was at fault too, in my POV also, in not giving enough attention to Ruq lately I d also felt & it was good that Jodha pointed it out & Jalal accepted his fault.

He knew it already though not consciously or openly. Remember what he said in the last episode, when he was prematurely relieved that it was all ok and the baby was there? He said- I should spend more time with your Ruqaiya, and I will. I will give you no cause for complaint. We will share everything as we used to do as children. Now, when he says he never distanced himself from Ruqaiya, it is deluding himself, that is all, but Jodha nails it without the slightest hesitation.

I thank the CVs for giving a good epi after a long time which made everyone sit up & comment vociferously 😛 . Couldn't write all whatever I wanted to, but am glad some others on ur thread have explained it very clearly & beautifully so that others can think on it & understand the epi better.
