A fun take, for a very fun episode. It was great to see Jodha and Jalal together for most of the episode ... 😊
So, without much ado here is my take 5:
(1) Sawaal dus crore ka: What do you think of me Jodha Begum? Loved the interaction between them for multiple reasons: 😳
- Memories of Amer and the Ghrina days 😳
- The million dollar question of Jalal ... What do you think of me now? 😳
- I loved the cute Jodha response- I feel like killing you at least once a day 😳
- Jalal continued to be persistent: and what about the rest of the time? 😳
- I am glad Jalal brought up the examples of her caring from him ... And she finally admitted it was because of prem (has the kartavya word been finally banned? ) 😳
- Loved Jodha's final ... Wives won't say everything, husbands need to understand. Obviously Jalal, if Jodha can't answer in the prison ... What else will it be? 😳
And, need you ask,I was left like this 😳
BTW, even Jodha observed that Jalal's clothes were ill-fitting?!? The CVs so stalk this forum. 😆
(2) Jalal wins Bada Dilwala award: Not only did they visit the prisoners, but Jalal won the Big Heart honors by saving Zakira from being hurt and releasing her 👏; a few notes on what I liked of this scene:
- Memories of how Jalal was impressed with Jodha when she saved Abdul ... Now Jodha knows he remembers every moment together
- In the end Jodha was left impressed with Jalal ... For forgiving Zakira and praising her
- This may come back to haunt them (Zakira was more loyal to Abul Mali then Ben) but I was okay with forgiving Zakira: she gave the antidote that ultimately saved Jodha
By the way, I think our Jodi spent most of their day getting blessings from Hamida Bano, prisoners, even Zakira ... As they knew they needed it to survive the evil forces. 😆
(3) The treasure hunt: Oh sorry the "gupt marg" walk ... Here is what I liked about the scene:
- Jalal remembered something Khan Baba told him, finally (Just kidding)
- Jodha's child-like excitement on hearing of the gupt marg ... And Jalal observing it
- The tit for tat that Jalal would not answer her question on the marg as she would not answer his question 😉
- But in the end, he answered Jodha's question as always 😆 ... Giving us a hint, that this marg and potentially the captive is linked to Humayun
Okay ... So Maham Anga's secret didn't get out ... But let's at least enjoy the jashn. Oh wait, we can never enjoy a jashn 😆
(4) Getting ready for the jashn ... Here is what I loved:
- The typical husband -wife component of it: The wife taking too long to get ready 😳
- Jodha praising Jalal directly ... On how good he was looking
- Jodha naughtily calling him teda ... And loved the way he said that it is because of this tedapan that you love me ... Jodha's blush said it all 😳
- And we all knew what he meant that he wants to share every happiness in life with her only 😉
I also liked how Jalal put his foot down that Shehnaaz will not attend the jashn ... But I wonder what Shehnaaz will be up to during the Jashn.
They were looking so good before the crowns ... And so happy before the jashn (when will jashns finally be a happy time for us? )
(5) The precap ...what was there not to love: 😳
- The famous topic of kids finally arrived ... After Salim Chisti kept reminding them 😆
- Jalal in full mischief mood and tone ...
- Jodha feigning ignorance and anger ... She looked so cute
- Jodha's duppatta supporting Jalal in his mischief ... Jodha, there is no escaping!
Oh yes ... There was one thing I didn't like ... The crowns ... Couldn't resist! 😆
I am sure Ruqs was jealous of those crowns! She never got one! 😉
I don't think in the history of Balaji Telelfilms a SR has happened the first time it was set up ... And it can't happen during IPL, so Ruqs get over with your stupid plan and then let the fun begin! I am ready! The jodi even has Zakira's blessings to protect them 😆
