NO BIG ACCUSATIONS I FEEL... she will just announce she is preganant...n tahts it...jalal in the jasn already told jodha that he wants to discuss regarding his kids...so jodha will relate everything n think jalal wanted to discuss kids of jalal n rukku...though she will be happy..but somewhere she will be sad too...n will maintain a distance from jalal which in turn will make jalal more angry...n hence some pushing n pulling might happen between akdha...
