Tansen married akbar's daughter not sister

Tansen used to teach her music and she wanted to marry him

So he converted to muslim and married her

But they divorced after a short time

And after that Akbar refused to marry his daughters/grand daughters to outside family members or commoners and married all only within family cousins

Sharifuddin was ordered killed i think in 1582 under an elephant's foot(not really sure how)

supposedly after some attempts on Salim's life suspected to be by Sharifuddin

Agra/Lahore fort was truly an unsafe place for mughal princes with attempts on salim, khurram, dara sikoh etc at various times

There is a fragrant root, very cool, which is called khas. By His Majesty's command, it became common to make huts of bamboo frames (nai-bast khana-ha) stuffed with it. When water is thrown on it, winter seems to arrive in the midst of summer (A'in-i Akbari).

👏👏 This can happen only in India .. what a great invention indeed ... hats off to Akbar's thought process ... 👏👏👏 ... this post is getting really interesting & intense adia ...

& ofcourse "Geared Waterlift" ... i forgot to mention this ... it seem's the whole mughal clan itself was immensely talented 👏...

As to Akbar, he indeed appears to be a multi-talented and multi-faceted personality !!

So hope that the serial's CVs had shown these hunars of Akbar/Jalal on the show!!

Thnks a lot Adia for sharing this info about Akbar.
Though he could not read and write, he was very talented and intelligent. He had interest in so many things Science, Arts, religion ,culture. I never knew he invented so many things..
I would love to watch this on show but I doubt they will show this things.
