I wont blame Jodha at all for this fiasco because Jalal so obsessively fell for this woman & wants her no matter at what cost to his kingdom or anything else. He has pampered & spoilt her so much by giving in to whatever she asks that no wonder she thinks marriage is all give from Jalal s side only , & has chosen now to go sulk in the countryside till her Jalal figures out where she is & how to manaofy her this time around ( psst, Jalal, the Jaziya tax abolition, that s one way u might please her, dude, but only when she brings up the subject & errr advises u on its merits, got it , boy 😉 ).

Wishing all the best for Jalal that he grows up(down) to his Jodha begum s expectations soon by grovelling, crying or other means of suitable repentance & subjugate adoration 😕 . My rant over, sorry, Aunty

But by what I read in your post, written updates and also the posts in your thread, I can very confidently say that yesterday's episode can be watched at a later day or never at all...for I am sure these type of thorough obtuseness from Mahaan Jodha is not worth riling up my gastric juices.

Why is that everyone elses antaratma talks them into path of change for good, but hers takes her to the path of damnation?

Is it a Rajvanshi trait or Hindu woman trait (sorry I mean no offence to you or your readers aunty, but Jodha is a Hindu Rajvanshi right?) that she has it ingrained in her to evoke non-existent vachans and also expect the unsuspecting person to be tied to it? And what about her vachan? IF I remember it right, she was the one who took an oath during their wedding, not him. And in no marriage, there exist a promise to trust you NO MATTER WHAT...no one can be asked to take that type of dumb promise. Was she not supposed to honor and love her husband until her last breath?

I called sujamal foolish, callous, selfish and coward.

From what I read, I really do not see much different the highly revered and glorified Jodha. She is very foolish to have held on to that vachan even when her husband went thrashing about literally and metaphorically. She is callous for writing this letter and with every emphasize turning the blame on him. Very selfish to have only left when the brother has escaped death, and not offering the reasoning to Jalal in person...this to me is the perfect emotional blackmail a woman would do...the type that I hate so much. To pile guilt onto your opponent on their weakest moment to prove your supremacy and false innocence. She is a coward too, for she left Agra, easy way out rather than staying and facing him and building back what is broken.

Does she not understand that she does not have the right to be angry with Jalal? Does she not understand that she has no right to wail and howl on his lost trust of her? Does she not understand that is not the duty of a husband to blindly trust his wife, but for both husband and wife to conduct themselves in manners such that there will never be a question on their fidelity? Does she not understand that for her to expect him to love and respect her, she must make herself worthy of the same? Does she not understand that when love is given to her (which was proved during the Ben track ...all the things Moti told her about him) she need to cherish and protect it?

People often think that understanding or giving in are one the things needed to mend relationships. In fact acknowledging your own mistakes and saying sorry alone will not be enough too. It takes a lot of courage, It's easier to run away. It's very hard to stay on face the person, overcome the awkwardness and build back the broken trust. One need to be tenacious of their intend that the marriage means more than anything to them. How does running away when you were the reason for the whole fiasco prove that>

I am so disappointed in her. All this while she annoyed me with her stupidity, bashan and self-righteousness. But today I feel completely disappointed in this sorry excuse of a person. She did not stay true to what a woman should do, stay and mend what she had broken; neither she stayed true to her royal upbringing.

Jalal will make the most awful lawyer possible. He will start feeling guilty about his and his client's real, and imagined, made to imagine, and shifted faults and start weeping and apologising and falling at the dasi, I mean even the bailiff's feet, even before the case commences.

Oh that letter 😡 Title for that letter should be "All About Me", that was more selfish garble from Jodha than I could take. And then coming to the forum and reading about Jodha's hurt and agony in that letter. You know I went back to watch that scene, maybe she said something somewhere about his pain, his love, her fault in all this but no I couldn't even find that 😭 It was just all about her sammaan and what a bad husband Jalal has been. Then I wrote that letter down, maybe I was still missing something with all the angry defense of Jodha, but still couldn't find anything that would make me not wanna take her Kanha and run away & hide and make her run all over the place & suffer a bit 😡

Some parts in that letter really really really made Jodha seem like she has NAMD (Never Accepting Mistakes Disorder) & PBOJD (Putting Blame On Jalal Disorder).
